Description
This project consists of renovation work within multiple residential buildings at the Veterans Development 200-1 complex in Westborough, Massachusetts. The work includes improvements to existing bathroom spaces, associated building systems, and related interior components. The project involves selective removal and replacement of existing finishes, fixtures, and building elements, as well as upgrades to building infrastructure that supports the renovated areas. All work shall be coordinated to minimize disruption to building occupants and maintain safe, functional conditions throughout construction. General bidders must be certified by DCAMM in the following category of work, General Building Construction. Filed Sub-bids must be DCAMM certified in the following trades: Plumbing; Electrical Work. Filed Sub-bids for the trades listed below will be received until 10 July 2026 at 3:00PM EDT. Bid due dates were extended via Addendum No 1.
