Description

Federal Aid Project No. STP-0033(045)X. The work under this contract consists of safety and traffic operation improvements along approximately 9,200 feet of Route 110 / 111 (Ayer Road). The proposed improvements include the construction of enhanced bicycle and pedestrian accommodations (e.g. continuous hot mix asphalt shared use path and ADA-compliant pedestrian and bicycle curb ramps) throughout the project area, geometric improvements at the intersection of Gebo Lane and Route 110 / 111 and the intersection of Poor Farm Road and Route 110 / 111, rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs), drainage system upgrades / modifications, and MUTCD-compliant signs and pavement markings Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Department in the HIGHWAY - CONSTRUCTION category to bid
