Description
The Town of Upton invites Qualifications from General and Subcontractors for the renovation of the existing Upton DPW building, and the construction of a new ~12,000 square foot addition (new addition is conceived as a pre-engineered metal building). Project also includes associated sitework, both at-grade and subsurface storm drainage, and utilities. Response to this Request for Qualifications is the first step in a two-phase procurement process. Trade Contractor Categories include: Masonry, Misc. Metals, WD&C, Glass & Glazing, Tile, ACT, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical. Estimated Cost: $14M, Qualification: DCAMM Certificate. This RFQ is being re-advertised to ensure compliance with advertising requirements. Contractors who responded to the previous solicitation are not required to resubmit qualification packages. Addendum No 2 extended bid due date.
