The project consists of improvements to the wooden amenities along the City's trail system in the Avon Nature Area. Work includes removing wooden stairs, boardwalks, and overlook and replacing them with wooden stairs, boardwalk, and a block wall overlook, as well as other minor improvements throughout the site.

The primary objective of this contract is to utilize a streamlined Design-Build method to address localized, minor-to-moderate streambank erosion, lateral bank migration, and habitat degradation. This contract is explicitly intended for maintenance-level and adaptive restoration projects that do not justify the timeline or financial overhead of a traditional Design-Bid-Build procurement.

Proposals will be accepted for snow removal services during the 2026-2027 Winter Season for locations within the City of Rochester Hills. The method of snow removal may be shoveling, blowing, brooming or plowing. The areas to be cleared include the driveway from the garage to the street and access to home entrance, which may include sidewalks, porch, steps or walkways. The sizes of the driveways vary. The Contractor shall respond and commence snow removal operations upon the accumulation of two inches (2") of snow or greater on the ground. Snow removal shall commence after completion of snowfall event. In addition, the Contractor will be expected to clear driveway openings as conditions prevail. Snow removal shall be completed within 24 hours of completion of snow event. Work must be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., unless weather conditions require deviation from specified time frame. The procedure will be as follows: A list of residents requiring this service will be made available to the contractor at the beginning of the contract from the Older Persons Commission located at 650 Letica Drive, Rochester, Michigan 48307.

The approximate quantities for the major items of work for this project are as follows: Overbanding- Local roads 20,000 Ft Joint & Crack Sealing Local Roads 120,000 FT Overbanding - Major Roads 33,000 Ft Joint & Crack Sealing Major roads- 20,000 Ft Materials for this project must meet the American Made requirements of ARRA projects.

The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals to provide supervision, arborist labor, equipment, services and expertise required to perform tree maintenance services including, but not limited to, removal of trees and tree pruning in and along the public street right of ways and other public properties of the City. The City is also accepting proposals to provide stump grinding services (optional) for various species and sizes. Proposers are able to submit a proposal on both services or for only one of the services. Proposer does not have to propose on both services to be considered for award.

The purpose of this document is to ultimately select the services of a professional firm to provide the City of Rochester Hills with a holiday lighting display at the two Citys parks. Additionally, the City is seeking optional pricing during the renewal years for holiday lighting at Nowicki Park, located on the east side of Adams Road, south of Tienken Road, which is currently under construction with an estimated completion date in late summer of 2027.

The Scope of Work includes the rehabilitation of twelve (12) bridges.

The City is accepting bids for the implementation of a custom, park wayfinding signage program that will effectively communicate the Citys brand within the park system. This custom, architectural signage program will be implemented at eleven (11) parks throughout the City. The work of this contract generally consists of the following: Provide labor materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of the Rochester Hills Park Wayfinding Signage at multiple locations throughout Rochester Hills, Michigan. This project includes, but is not limited to, fabrication of signage components, application of graphics and protective coatings, construction of required bases where applicable, installation of foundations, signage structures, and all associated site work, as well as demolition of current signage. The work also includes preparation of shop drawings, coordination with the City and their Designer, and restoration of disturbed areas, as well as all other work necessary to provide a complete and fully operational signage system in accordance with the Design Intent Documents.

Work will include maintenance and recycling of the firing range bullet trap, replacement of worn gum rubber curtains, cleaning of lead-contaminated surfaces, and disposal of hazardous waste generated during the work. The contractor will package, label, transport, and dispose of lead-contaminated hazardous waste in accordance with EPA and OSHA requirements. All work will be performed by licensed lead remediation personnel, with air monitoring conducted by an independent laboratory and final documentation provided upon completion of the project.

The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to perform Snow Removal Services for the City of Rochester Hills for the 2026-2027 Winter Season, including plowing and salting for parking lots, drive areas, sidewalks and steps. The Contractor shall be responsible for all area measurements of the parking lots and walkways in order to determine the cost for snow/ice removal and the amount of required salt. This solicitation includes an optional alternate section for the snow clearing and maintenance of public sidewalks leading to schools within the City's Right-of-Way (ROW). Proposers may choose to quote this work if they have the operational capacity to do so. Opting out of or declining to bid on this alternate section will not disqualify a vendor from being considered for the primary contract award.
