Provide all labor, materials, equipment, demolition, waterproofing, tile installation, grouting, cleanup, and related services necessary to replace the Men's Sauna floor tile. Include alternate pricing for replacement of the Women's Sauna floor tile. Work includes demolition, substrate preparation, waterproofing, porcelain tile installation, commercial-grade grout installation, and final cleaning.

The City of Livonia Parks & Recreation is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete interior painting within Gyms 3 and 4 at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center. The project includes painting all wall surfaces and exposed perimeter ductwork. Alternate pricing shall be provided for painting the exposed ceiling structure and associated ceiling-mounted systems. Wall color shall be Sherwin-Williams Agreeable Gray (SW 7029). Ceiling alternate shall be white unless otherwise directed in writing by the City.

The City of Livonia Parks & Recreation is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive high dusting and elevated surface cleaning services at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center. The purpose of this project is to remove accumulated dust, debris, cobwebs, and particulate matter from elevated and difficult-to-access surfaces throughout designated areas of the facility. Services shall include cleaning of exposed structural elements, HVAC ductwork, piping, light fixtures, architectural ledges, and other elevated surfaces located within the Lobby, Fitness Area, and Gymnasium spaces. Aquatics and pool-related areas are specifically excluded from this project.

Corrado park is located at the Northeast corner of Flamingo and Gladys with the address 8500 Flamingo Blvd. The City of Westland, Michigan is looking for proposals to furnish and install 420 lf of 4 ft tall with one 12 ft wide gate and 285 lf of 8 ft tall commercial grade chain link fence at the Corrado Park. Additionally the City is looking for the furnish and installation of thirty (30) 6 long concrete bumper blocks to be installed at all parking stalls facing the park and for the parking lot to be restriped in its current configuration.

The City has identified three (3) main types of sewer repairs: Emergency, Urgent, and General. When an emergency repair is identified by the Citys Engineering Division, Engineering will contact the contractor via email. Contractor must begin the work within one business day of receiving the work order, unless otherwise directed by the Engineer. When an urgent sewer repair is identified by the Engineering Division, Engineering will contact the contractor via email. The contractor must begin work within two business days of receiving the work order, unless otherwise directed by the Engineer. When a general sewer repair is identified by the Engineering Division, Engineering will contact the contractor via email. The contractor shall start the work within four business days of receiving work order, unless otherwise directed by Engineering.

The Proposer will provide janitorial services for the premises located at 707 W. Milwaukee, Detroit, MI 48202. Services will include, but are not limited to, regular cleaning, trash removal, floor care, restroom sanitation, and other related services as required by the facility. The janitorial services must be performed in a thorough, professional, and efficient manner, adhering to all industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

The Detroit Economic Growth Association (DEGA) hereby invites qualified, experienced and licensed Professional Engineering firms the (Professional Engineer) to submit a sealed Bid Proposal for the provision of all necessary professional construction engineering and inspection services which includes, but is not limited to, project administration, inspection; quality assurance, MDOT reporting, testing and reporting; measurement, computation, and documentation of quantities; utilization of the State of Michigan Field Manager unit and quantity software program, federal court mandated ADA Ramp inspection, documentation, reporting and record keeping for all ADA ramps installed; generation of payment applications, reporting and record keeping; review and acceptance or notices of exceptions or rejections of materials and workmanship, and documentation to finalize and close out project. These services are related to the construction oversight of the general contrators construction contract agreement for the Corktown Streetscape Project.

This streetscape project focuses on traffic calming, intersection, and pedestrian improvements along Ash St., 14th St., and the I-75 overpass at 14th St. The design strengthens connections across Greater Corktown, enhances walkability and pedestrian circulation, includes the two-way conversion of the 14th St. corridor from MLK Jr. Blvd. to Michigan Ave, and implements GSI with street trees, plantings, and stormwater detention. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, facilities, and utilities necessary and incidental to all existing improvements located in the Project Area including structures, utilities, unsuitable soils, and all other at or above grade.

Vehicular and pedestrian traffic (on sidewalks) must not be impeded. f) Remove all asbestos per Federal and State guidelines and obtain necessary asbestos clearances. The complete removal of all walls, roofing, posts, masonry and any other above grade structures are to be completely removed from the demolition site, unless specifically permitted otherwise in writing as part of the demolition permit. All signage & support, and wiring is to be completely removed. i) CONCRETE: i) Contractor is to remove all at-grade or below grade concrete including: (1) Floors (2) Footings (3) Foundations (4) Concrete work ii) Contractor IS NOT to install new concrete curb and gutter iii) Contractor is responsible for all damages to existing sidewalk, curb and gutter, etc. (1) Remove and replace sidewalk that may be damaged during construction. Sidewalk shall have a minimum depth of 4. (2) Use 3500 PSI concrete mix for concrete pavement, curb & gutter and sidewalk. j) SEWER: Cap sewer opening at property line. k) Remove all small trees (less than 12 inch diameter trunk) and bushes from property l) Removal and disposal of demolished and/or disassembled materials. This includes all debris on the site even though it is not part of the structures or their contents. m) Contractor shall not remove existing soil unless otherwise directed. n) Complete restoration or replacement of damaged private and public property. o) Backfill the area and all areas below grade. Before backfilling, ensure that areas to be filled are free of standing water, materials, organic matter, trash and debris. p) Backfill must obtain 95% compaction on deep footing holes with clean fill with a minimum of 4 of topsoil. q) On any areas that are left with bare ground: reseed with 5lbs per 1,000 sq. ft. with a mix of 48% Rye, 30% Greenburg Red and 22% Kentucky Blue Grass hand thrown and protected with straw covering.

This project consists of the installation of one (1) dewatering pump station, the removal and replacement of four (4) backwater flap gates, and the cleaning of 9,163-feet of sewer in the Colson Palmer 12FT Storm Line.

The project generally consists of the construction of a pavilion at Northgate Park.
