The purpose of this document is to ultimately select the services of a professional firm to provide the City of Rochester Hills with a holiday lighting display at the two Citys parks. Additionally, the City is seeking optional pricing during the renewal years for holiday lighting at Nowicki Park, located on the east side of Adams Road, south of Tienken Road, which is currently under construction with an estimated completion date in late summer of 2027.
