Scope of Work: This work will primarily take place within the UMC 7 Story Tower on the sixth (6) floor, located at 1800 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. As a part of the work, approximately 3,400 square feet will be refreshed to create a new office space. The new work will consist of refreshing finishes for the entire space. The renovation work will include demolition of flooring, finish work, and upgrades to the existing light fixtures. New electrical and data outlets will be installed to accommodate workstations.

Scope: The work includes the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC equipment, supporting systems integration, and any additional site restoration resulting from systems improvements. The site is located at Sunset Maintenance Facility (SMF), 5165 W. Sunset Rd, Las Vegas, 89118.

Scope of Work: The Project consists of the removal of existing and installation of new playground surfacing, removal of existing and installation of new playground equipment in River Mountain Park. Work also includes the necessary base, concrete, tree protection and other associated items of work.

Scope of Work: The contract involves the conversion of on-site sewage conveyance systems for up to 44 parcels located southeast of the intersection of Mission Drive and Greenway Road, transitioning these properties from septic systems to the public sewer system. The work to be performed includes: - Abandonment of existing septic systems in compliance with Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) requirements. - Installation of sewer laterals to connect each parcel to the existing City of Henderson sanitary sewers. - Restoration of any existing site improvements impacted by construction activities. - Construction of new public sewer main extensions, which will become the property of the City of Henderson.

As part of the work, there are to be finish updates with minor upgrades to the electrical and low voltage. The refresh work will also include repairing any damaged areas outside of the scope.

This project will install a 90 x 61 4 concrete slab to support two (2) 30 x 40 (ea 1200 SF) storage for Interior Design (ID). The slab will include required utility runs and grounding to support the storage units. The storage will be a conditioned tuff shed (or similar type structure) with underground electrical connection, a personnel single door, and aluminum roll up door. The work will be accomplished at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) campus located at 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086.
