Description of Services: Operate, Manage, and Maintain the Whitney Mesa Tennis Complex, located at 1575 W. Galleria Drive, Henderson, NV 89014.

Scope of Work: This project is located along the northern side of the CC-215 Beltway within the City of North Las Vegas. Construction involves excavation and construction/installation of an asphalt trail with aggregate subbase, retaining walls at grade separations, trail lighting, fencing installation, landscaping and irrigation, signage installation, and all other trail appurtenances needed to complete a functional project. The Project shall be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization.

Project Description: A Nevada-licensed general contractor is sought to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for renovations within the SLC-A Building, delivered in two phases: Mezzanine Addition and Simulation Lab Remodel, including comprehensive preconstruction and construction services.

Scope of Work: The Project consists of the removal of existing and installation of new playground surfacing, removal of existing and installation of new playground equipment in River Mountain Park. Work also includes the necessary base, concrete, tree protection and other associated items of work.

Scope of Services: The Project consists of construction of the protective surface sealing with chip seal, slurry seal, and crack seal on roadways within the Yerington, Lyon County, Nevada area.

Description: The Project includes the replacement of 10 fire hydrants and appurtenances in several locations throughout Incline Village, Nevada.

Scope of Services: The project includes pavement rehabilitation, surface treatment and drainage improvements for several roadways within the Dayton area of Storey County, Nevada. The following roadways and planned treatments are: Sam Clemens Ave, Sutro Springs Rd, Territory Rd Pavement rehabilitation Sam Clemens Ave Drainage ditch and culvert installation/replacement Sutro Springs Road Culvert installation/replacement Prospector Rd, Martin Ln, Tom Sawyer Way, Huckleberry Way, Jumping Frog Ln, Willie Way, Mary Lane Rd, Edith Ln, Julie Way, and Elizabeth Ln Slurry Seal or Chip Seal.

Scope: The focus will be the development of a master plan that includes awareness of sustainable practices for the project site as well as future City of Henderson parks. An environmental assessment will need to be completed as part of the project. The approximately 9.5-acre site is located at 1640 Price Street and is currently the existing Wells Park (APNs 17801310058, 17801304001, 17801799001, 17801701001, and a portion of 17801701002).

Project Description: The project includes upgrades to four (4) pumps to increase output, upgrades to the electrical controls to modern standards, increases to the suction and discharge piping size, onsite drainage improvements, HVAC upgrades, replacement of emergency generator, and replacement of the existing NV transformer. The P2A Pump Station Rehabilitation Project is located at 7100 East Carey Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89030.

Description: Replace fan coils, water piping, upgrade controls & add heating system water filtration at NSMCC per plans and specifications.

Scope of Work: The contract involves the conversion of on-site sewage conveyance systems for up to 44 parcels located southeast of the intersection of Mission Drive and Greenway Road, transitioning these properties from septic systems to the public sewer system. The work to be performed includes: - Abandonment of existing septic systems in compliance with Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) requirements. - Installation of sewer laterals to connect each parcel to the existing City of Henderson sanitary sewers. - Restoration of any existing site improvements impacted by construction activities. - Construction of new public sewer main extensions, which will become the property of the City of Henderson.

Scope of Work: This work will primarily take place on floors one (1) (lobby) and five (5) within UMC's Summit Tower, located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. As part of the work, there are to be finish updates with minor upgrades to the electrical and low voltage. The refresh work will also include repairing any damaged areas outside of the scope.

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This project will install a 90 x 61 4 concrete slab to support two (2) 30 x 40 (ea 1200 SF) storage for Interior Design (ID). The slab will include required utility runs and grounding to support the storage units. The storage will be a conditioned tuff shed (or similar type structure) with underground electrical connection, a personnel single door, and aluminum roll up door. The work will be accomplished at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) campus located at 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086.

Work Description: This Project involves the replacement of an air handler and heating water plant in Building 89.

Summary: Carson Airport Authority Airport Pavement Preservation Project will remove the stop way and extend the runway 1000 feet to the north and 500 feet to the south. Finally, the existing portion of the runway will be repaved. The runway 33 glide slope will be relocated. The new runway 33 localizer has already been installed by FAA Technical Operations and only needs to be switched on. Runway 15 is currently served only by a localizer, which will remain in operation as it will be beyond the future Runway Safety Area.

Work Scope: Modernization of elevators in accordance with provided project specifications and plans.
