Surveying design services that are to be provided on a routine or as needed basis for small, miscellaneous projects under $300,000. Annual fees may not exceed $150,000 in total value and no single project shall exceed a $36,000 fee.

Contracted services shall include, but not limited to: 1) Installation of new electrical systems 2) Testing and maintenance of existing wiring and related fixtures (both interior and exterior) 3) Repair/replacement/service of various electrical elements such as outlets, switches, fuse boxes, meter panels, heaters, light fixtures (LED or fluorescent), ballasts, bulbs, etc. 4) Installation of new wiring circuits including low-volt, data and/or network cabling/outlets; Load calculations including fault currents 5) Identifying in-ground line faults and other electrical systems 6) Trenching, lateral boring and concrete cutting/boring 7) Installation, modification and splicing of conduit systems 8) Contractor will be expected to respond to all non-urgent electrical-related service requests within two (2) business day(s) and to respond to emergency-related requests within 24 hours. 9) It is the responsibility of CHD to declare any request as an emergency. Such electrical services are to be provided on an as needed basis pursuant to the issuance of Purchase Order(s) for specific and selected services during the term of the contract. 10) The intent of this contract is for services to be provided in a timely manner for projects that need prompt response or to assist the CHD in maximizing its efficiency in relation to electrical work.

Commissioning Agent (Cx) and Retro-Commissioning Agent (RCx) and related services that are to be provided as per the Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Scope of Services/Work for Commissioning Agent (Cx) and Retro-Commissioning Agent (RCx) Services on a routine or as needed basis for small, miscellaneous projects under $500,000. Annual fees may not exceed $150,000 in total value and no single project shall exceed a $36,000 fee.

The work shall consist of extension of existing campus infrastructure including private water and sewer distribution system extensions and a private road extension to serve the expansion of the south end of the North Campus.

Scope of work will include demo of existing restrooms, interior walls, HVAC, electrical, flooring, and ceiling grid. All new work shall be accomplished using C Design Drawings dated 2/13/2026.

The City of Concord Housing Department (CHD) is requesting proposals for Electrical Services for CHD Public Housing units, CHD facilities buildings, and Market Rate units. This Request for Proposal is for qualified companies to provide electrical services during both regular business hours and emergency afterhours providing all necessary tools, equipment, labor and other resources as needed.

Removal and replacement of existing curb ramps at various locations in the City with associated sidewalk and/or curb and gutter repairs or other work necessary or as directed by the City Engineer.

The project is expected to include: Construction of a new approximately 1500 sq. ft restroom/concession/office facility Landscaped patio/plaza area (where to be demolished building currently sits) Renovate existing accessible parking spots Utility upgrades/connections (bringing fiber network cables into new building from Glenn Ave) Accessible sidewalks that tie into existing sidewalks Site infrastructure (water, sewer, electrical service, stormwater improvements, etc.) Intent is to utilize the existing utilities serving the existing restroom building for use in the new building Site furnishings (benches, trash cans, picnic tables) Landscaping The existing restroom building must remain in service as long as feasibly possible.

The services may include, but are not limited to, preliminary design, final design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout phases of apron expansions, hangars, control tower, fuel farm, parking lots, stormwater projects, terminal area facilities, and other projects as determined by the City of Concord. Services may also include ALP updates, airfield lighting and signage plans, exhibit drawings, grant application & management, land acquisition program assistance, and other projects as determined by the City of Concord.

The work shall consist of extension of existing campus infrastructure including private water and sewer distribution system extensions and a private road extension to serve the expansion of the south end of the North Campus. The General Contractor shall be the Prime Contractor for this single-prime contract. The Prime Contractor shall hire Owner approved sub-contractors to provide all necessary support work in order to provide turnkey installation, without additional funding by the Owner.

The Project consists of a public sidewalk extension along the north side of Oakley Drive to tie into existing sidewalk on Harris Depot Road. The scope includes installation of approximately 1300 feet of new 5 wide concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, storm, grading, traffic control, mobilization, erosion control and all other work necessary to complete the project as shown in the plans in accordance with state and local standards and regulations.
