A project focused on Market and City needs. Maximization of the property to increase tax base. A proposal that offers a unique experience taking full advantage of the view of the baseball stadium.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The AMS Science & Technology Program operates a greenhouse facility requiring the installation of a stacked washer and dryer to support laboratory and operational needs. The program already owns a Samsung frontload washer and dryer set, which is compatible with stackable installation. A stacking kit needs to be supplied and installed as part of the project. The installation area is located along an exterior wall in the greenhouse entryway. Existing plumbing must be reconfigured, and new electrical, ventilation, and structural modifications are required.

This project consists of installing approximately 2,950 LF of 12" water lines and appurtenances along the entire length of River Street serving 36 single family homes within the City, and associated items of construction as more clearly defined in the Contract Documents. Federal Funding

Project involves performing hydraulic dredging over and around an existing water intake pipe located at approximately 330 linear feet into the Catawba River from the City of Belmonts Raw Water Intake Pump Station located at 251 Linestowe Drive in Belmont, NC. The purpose of this dredging operation is to remove accumulated sediment over the intake screen at the end of the intake pipe to maintain adequate water flow capacity and ensure the uninterrupted operation of the intake system. The dredged material will be collected in geotextile silt bags and once dewatered, hauled to an approved landfill.

The City is seeking a qualified contractor to mill & fill designated streets within the City. The purpose of this project is to resurface selected streets to maintain pavement quality, improve safety, and extend the useful life of the roadway system. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the resurface process in accordance with industry standards and City specifications. Work shall include site preparation, application process, traffic control, and cleanup.

The selected firm(s) will enter into a Standard Professional Consultant Services Agreement to perform services on an On-Call (task order) basis to be negotiated with the city. The firms services will be negotiated on a per project basis and will have a budget, specific scope of work, and timeframe under a Task Order. The tasks required will include but may not be limited to: Perform projects that may include ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary, route, topographical, construction, control networking, high-definition surveys, existing conditions surveys and computer-based surface models. Preparation of work product using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or requested format Identify and mapping of property lines, boundaries, easements, and rights-of-way Perform research and surveys related to private and public land ownership Develop legal descriptions, records of surveys, and right-of-way maps Research title documents and land ownership records Prepare and interpret deeds and legal descriptions Administration of project request for underground utility locations Establish horizontal and vertical control Establish monument street center lines Perform Hydrographic Surveys Provide one or more field survey crews to accomplish the requested tasks Provide Elevation Certificates Location and mapping of defined wetland areas Conduct various field surveying activities utilizing GPS and traditional surveying methods Field data collection for GIS inventory maintenance of the Citys stormwater drainage system and ESRI ArcGIS Geodatabase files Conduct all work in accordance with the Standards of Practice for Land Surveying in North Carolina (21NCAC 56.1600) and for recorded maps NCGS 47-30 Other survey-related tasks necessary as defined by the City.
