Work includes new medium voltage switchgear and replacement padmount switchgear for SUB SW-1 within the existing main substation yard providing power to most of campus. The scope shall include phased installation of the new switchgear to be fed from the existing Duke Energy transformer secondary and serve the replacement padmount switchgear and existing to remain padmount switchgear.

The project generally consists of the construction of a splash pad at Waymer Park.

Project includes the construction of sidewalk to close an existing sidewalk gap along Kings Ridge Drive. Work includes grading, installation of concrete sidewalk, ADA-compliant curb ramps, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, and adjustment of existing utilities as shown within the drawings and specifications.

This Project consist of the removal and replacement of corrugated metal pipe with 83 linear feet (LF) of 9 x 4 reinforced concrete box culvert; removal; and replacement of two headwalls; removal and replacement 311 LF of 15 reinforced concrete pipe (RCP); remove and replace 42 LF 24 RCP; removal and replacement 27 LF 18 RCP; bank grading; and removal and replacement of85 LF 10 ductile iron pipe of sewer.

The overall project includes demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new 263-space urban precast concrete parking deck with elevators, egress stairwells, emergency generators, fire pump, and approximately 7,000 SF of retail shell space along 7th Street. Streetscape improvements to 7th Street are also included. Construction duration is anticipated to be approximately 12 months, subject to change based on Construction Drawings release.

Flooring and Wallcovering Services encompasses as needed systemwide flooring and wall covering to include vinyl flooring, tile, carpet, rubber and linoleum, wood products, wallpaper and any other materials required in facilities owned or operated by the City of Charlotte. Related services include installation, removal and reclamation, and recycling as requested. Facilities Operations is responsible for maintaining more than 180 buildings and 4.4 million square feet of office space. Any vendors selected for award are expected to have the adequate capacity to provide all-inclusive services as needed.

The project generally consists of the erection of an electric substation.

The Company shall provide Emergency Mitigation Clean-Up Services at various locations as identified by the City. This work will consist of rapid response for containment, demolition, disposal, drying, cleaning and decontamination as needed per IICRC standards and RIA guidelines on a per-incident basis for water and/or smoke damage. Services consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the services as directed by the Citys Project Manager.

Charlotte Water hopes that experienced plumbing companies might assist the utility with answering a few questions to help the utility create a scope of services for PRV installations for approximately 1,400 single-family homes. The created scope of services will then be provided to plumbing companies, so that any interested companies can submit a bid/proposal to Charlotte Water to provide these installation services for the homes, through a Request for Proposals (RFP) process.

The Contractor will provide snow and ice removal services on an on-call, as needed basis. The City will issue a list of properties that are to be maintained at the beginning of the season. The Contractor will be performing snow removal services at City owned buildings, including but not limited to CMPD facilities, Solid Waste facilities, and various other Government buildings. Properties range in size from between approximately acre to over 4 acres of paved areas. Assigned properties are subject to change throughout the year. Work will be performed in response to requests made by the Citys Project Manager. All services require advance authorization. The Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, and any other items necessary to perform snow removal services.

Work may include but is not necessarily limited to initiating new projects and/or the review and completion of an existing projects activities already in progress. Minor drainage projects are the ones defined to average in total construction cost between $50,000 to $500,000 each. The general timeline to complete a project is typically 90-365 days (including all aspects of planning, design, real estate, utility coordination, etc., excluding construction).

This project consists of the rehabilitation and repairing of high-hazard dam discharge infrastructure, under drains, and storm drainage infrastructure at both Linda Lake and Oakwood Dams.

The Company shall provide painting services at various locations as identified by the City. Services consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the painting and finishing of new and existing interior and exterior surfaces, i.e., walls, doors, jambs, window frames, and other work as directed by the Project Manager. Work areas may be occupied and require moving and repositioning of office equipment and furniture.

The work generally consists of installation and maintenance of traffic signal loops.

Artificial turf maintenance at various Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District locations. Includes all high school football fields and practice soccer field. Work to include inspection of all field seams and inlays and make all necessary repairs to damaged turf and/or torn seams.

The project generally consists of various rehabilitation work.

The scope of this project will include 0.34 miles of new 6 ft wide concrete sidewalk, driveway improvements, and wheelchair ramps on Lawyers Rd from Chestnut Lake Dr to Harri Ann Dr.

This project will rehabilitate approximately 1,600 linear feet of Kings Branch and its riparian corridor. Work includes stream grading, installing rock and wood habitat and stabilization structures, erosion control measures, and riparian vegetation.

Install a new generator docking station to allow temporary/emergency generator connection to the East Lighting Vault. The docking station will connect to the existing standby power system ahead of the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). The current diesel generator does not have temporary power connection capability.

Faulconbridge Rd 5749 will include the lining 556 LF of 42 inch CMP and 227 LF of 15 inch RCP with CIPP. Eight existing drainage structures will be removed and replaced and two additional structures will be added. 125 LF of 15" RCP will be removed and replaced. Chemical grouting joint repair will also be installed at approximately 20 locations throughout the 42" CMP.
