The intent of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Specific Contract to provide lawn care services for the North Carolina National Guards Clinton Region (Clinton and Roseboro, NC). These two facilities are located at Clinton Readiness Center: 101 Armory Rd Clinton, NC 28328 and Roseboro Readiness Center 112 NC 24 Roseboro, NC 28382. Both sites are readiness centers with about 10 lawn acres for the Clinton site and about 2 lawn acres for the Roseboro site. Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Services shall include year-round, mowing, edging, trimming, debris and leaf removal, and related services for weed and grass control on the grounds and fences owned by the National Guard and adjoining highway right of ways for the National Guard Clinton Region.

The Sampson County Roseboro Emergency Services Building includes General, Site Civil, Structural, Plumbing Mechanical and Electrical improvements for a new premanufactured emergency services building. The proposed project will also include general site work, utility extensions, and landscaping as shown in the contract documents.

Project Description: Sampson County On-Call Cut & Shove Project - Contractor will provide on-call rapid response to clear debris from downed trees, branches, and storm wreckage from roadways and infrastructure following natural disasters. 1200 SF Gatehouse, including visitor check-in, control room, toilet room, and armory room. Wood frame building with brick veneer on slab on grade foundation, with wood prefab truss roof with asphalt shingle roofing. The work includes structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, civil work, utility connections to building, security fencing, concrete work, masonry, security doors and windows, and other work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Additive Alternate#1 includes an EV charging statin and two charging spaces.
