Description
Contractor shall furnish all permits, labor, materials and equipment required to remove, transport, beneficially reuse, and otherwise manage all Dewatered Waste Activated Biosolids produced at the Twelve Mile Creek WRF. Contractor shall perform all services in strict accordance with all Applicable Law. Within twenty-four (24) hours of occurrence, Contractor shall provide UCW with written notice of violation or noncompliance with respect to Contractors permit(s), UCWs permit(s), or of any action commenced in any court of competent jurisdiction involving the operations conducted by Contractor during Management of Dewatered Waste Activated Biosolids.
