The City of Raleighs parking division, Raleigh Parking, is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in power washing the interior areas of the following decks: Cabarrus Parking Deck, City Center/Red Hat Parking Decks, Moore Square Parking Deck, Performing Arts Parking Deck, Convention Center/Charter Square Underground Parking Garage, and the Wilmington Street Station Parking Deck. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to clean the interior of the two structures including but not limited to vehicle drive lanes, parking stalls/spaces, walls, walkways, stairwells and landings, columns, waste receptacles, and ceilings. This would be comprehensive cleaning and detailing of the interior portions.

The NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, NC State Fair, is seeking to award an Agency Specific Term contract to a vendor to supply Sound and Lighting at the Dorton Arena and Waterfall Stage during the NC State Fair. The equipment will be in place and fully operational for the opening day of the fair. Equipment shall be removed as soon as possible after the closing day of the fair to prevent theft or damages. The vendor provides all equipment including wiring, cabling, etc., installation and technicians on site per specifications. The equipment will be installed during the designated time period in the specifications.

Design and reconstruction of the Church Street Park Cricket Field, 5817 Cricket Pitch Way, Morrisville, NC.

This project involves the reconstruction of the Camp Pond Dam located approximately at 5016 Richland Drive Raleigh, NC 27612 in response to Notices of Deficiency issued by North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Dam Safety (Dam Safety). Camp Pond Dam is categorized as a small, high hazard potential earthen dam by Dam Safety (State ID number WAKE-198), and is privately co-owned by four residents. The City of Raleigh (City) is in the process of purchasing permanent easements to take full ownership and operation responsibility of the dam. The City maintains the public right-of-way for Richland Drive that crosses the dam. Richland Drive is the only access to the Lakeland Woods neighborhood south of Camp Pond Dam, and access must be maintained at all times. The dam has a structural height of approximately 23 feet, a surface area of approximately 4 acres, and a maximum impoundment capacity of 13 acre-feet per the NC Inventory of Dams Data Sheet.

The Project consists generally of the following major items: Installation of approximately 21,600 linear feet of 8-inch to 54-inch gravity sanitary sewer, abandonment of existing sanitary sewer, and replacement of existing water main.

Services include all functions normally considered a part of workmanlike and satisfactory janitorial maintenance services, whether specifically listed herein or not.

The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM), Hazard Mitigation Office is seeking to qualify highly skilled Prime Contractors to perform residential property acquisition and structure demolition services located across North Carolina. This work will be completed through the NCEM Hazard Mitigation program and includes, but is not limited to, project scoping, pre-construction services, construction/demolition activities, post-construction services, and closeout services of eligible structures.

The Project consists generally of the following major items: Construction of a parking lot including permeable pavers and drainage system, earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, concrete curbs and stairs, lighting, electrical systems, planting and installation of site amenities. The Project consists generally of the following major items: Installation of a steel fence around the perimeter of a new dog park within Moore Square Park. The site has previously been graded and prepared for installation, the concrete pads for entry gate vestibules are existing. The scope of this project includes the fence installation, and any site preparation associated with that, to include but not limited to installation of tree protection silt fencing combo and associated grading. Should any field welding be required for attachment of mid-support posts or modifications for panel widths, that is acceptable.

North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for the B121 Burlington Lab Renovation project located on North Campus. This project renovates 4,163 square feet of vacated shop space in the basement into wet-research labs in Burlington Labs (built 1953, with a 1973 addition) to accommodate three new faculty researchers. The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing scope.

The project generally consists of the roof replacement at the North Regional Library.

The Raleigh Convention Center Expansion will be constructed across the street from the current Raleigh Convention Center, at the current Red Hat Amphitheater site. The 322,000SF expansion will be connected to the current Raleigh Convention Center by sky bridges across McDowell St, and will feature a 50,000SF flex hall, 18,000SF flex hall, commercial kitchen, meeting rooms, and administration/support spaces.

The scope of this project includes site amenity and improvements to bus stops Group O located within Wake County listed in the Scope of Work below. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, machinery, and materials necessary to complete the work in full compliance with the contract terms. The work shall consist of clearing, grading, concrete pads and sidewalks, installing amenities, traffic control, and other related items.

The project generally consists of replacing the fire alarm system.

The project includes several new buildings including a teaching and research barn (14,597 SF), equipment storage barn (2,659 SF), hay storage barn (3,771 SF), composting shed (673 SF), quarantine shed (637 SF), well shed (46 SF), site work, and paddock development.

The contract for services to fire suppression inspection and certification services located in WCPSS CNS kitchens includes: All fire suppression systems are to be inspected on a semi-annual schedule: a. System installed as per manufacturers specifications. b. System installed as per NC Fire Code Standards. c. All controls operating properly. d. Extinguishing agent proper pressure. e. Expelling agent proper weight. f. Expelling agent cartridge at proper weight. g. Distribution piping tight, secured with no blockage. h. System tested and service as per manufacturers specifications, NFPA Nos. 96, 17 and 17A, State and local fire codes. i. Fusible links are to be replaced per manufacturers recommendation. j. Certification forms to be furnished at each inspection service with a written report to Child Nutrition with a copy of certification form at the finish of each semi-annual service. k. Keep premises free from accumulation of waste materials. The vendor will be responsible for removing all debris from the premises and disposing of the same. l. Hydrostatic testing conducted if required.
