Description
Project Description: The intent of this Request for Bid Package is to contract with an Electrical Contractor via a Design-Bid-Build (Lump Sum Bid) delivery model for improvements to the Loop Trail lighting system. This project entails installation of new light poles and fixtures and replacement of existing fixtures around the Douglas Loop Trail at Clackamas Community College in Oregon City, OR. The project entails installation of (58) New 14'-0" Poles, (61) New Luminaire Heads. (7) Dual New Luminaire Heads, (2) New 20'-0" Poles, and Demo of (2) Pole Locations.
