Project Scope: This project consists of the renovation of an existing clinic space of about 4,400 SF. This includes a new reception area, new retail pharmacy, and remodeling of existing exam rooms to be new office spaces. It also includes the preparation of the sterilization area in the dental space for replacement of their existing sterilization equipment. It also includes some upgrades to the ADA accessibility inside and outside of the building. The scope also includes the replacement of the roof.

Scope of Work: The Contractors work shall include furnishing all materials, tools, supplies, fertilizers, pesticides, post and pre-emergent labor, equipment, and vehicles necessary to provide landscape maintenance and temporary traffic control in Transportation Maintenance Right of Way (ROW) contract areas and maps identified in the Landscaping Contract Zone. The Contractors duties include tree, shrub, and plant maintenance. Included in the scope of work is providing weed and pest control in landscape areas.

Project Scope: Replacement of the existing traffic signal system at the intersection of Oatfield Road and Jennings Avenue, which has reached the end of its life span. As part of the signal replacement, the existing sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, and pedestrian pushbuttons will be upgraded to meet current ADA standards. Project Description: This contract involves resurfacing approximately 6.14 miles of roadway through chip seal application, including placement of approximately 107,784 square yards of chip seal with county-furnished aggregate, removal of existing thermoplastic pavement markings, and installation of temporary work zone traffic control measures.

Scope of Work: The Project entails public and private improvements to Gladstone Nature Park, including permanent restrooms, picnic shelter, ADA parking and pathway improvements at the park including associated site preparation and demolition, erosion and tree protections, earthwork, utilities, paving, sidewalk, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping.

Project Scope: The Work consists of constructing the Park at Jennings Lodge Campus related to grading and excavation; the construction of a playground, pathways, utilities, landscaping, irrigation, street improvements, erosion and sediment controls.

The new Forest Hills Elementary School will replace an existing school on the same site in the heart of Lake Oswego.The site is approximately six (6) acres in the Forest Hills neighborhood. The footprint of the building is expected to be approximately 45,000 SF.

Acquire permits from and/or verify permitting exemptions with local, state and federal agencies and act as a liaison on behalf of Clackamas County in regulatory based meetings & discussions. Project Description: Perform Water System Improvements, including extensions or connections, to the Boring Water System District System.

The general scope of the OCSD 2025 Bond Projects include major renovations at Beavercreek Elementary School, Gaffney Lane Elementary School, Redland Elementary School and Pioneer Stadium.

Project Summary: The goal of this project is Beavercreek Elementary School classrooms: 3, 5, 6, 17, 18, 19, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34: Remove and dispose of approximately 13,711 square feet of tile, carpet and asbestos containing mastic. Work will be accomplished using wet and manual methods, within neg-air containment by Oregon certified asbestos workers and supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements for the safe handling and disposal of Class II friable asbestos products. After removal, grind concrete floor with 25 grit blades to remove mastic without using solvent. Scope of Services: Commercial landscape services for the next three (3) years at Armstrong Court and Reservoir 11 facilities. The Armstrong Court site includes the area surrounding the main office, inside gated area and along 172nd Ave. Reservoir 11 consists of two reservoirs and a pump station and requires landscape maintenance both inside the fenced area and outside.

Project Description: The intent of this Request for Bid Package is to contract with an Electrical Contractor via a Design-Bid-Build (Lump Sum Bid) delivery model for improvements to the Loop Trail lighting system. This project entails installation of new light poles and fixtures and replacement of existing fixtures around the Douglas Loop Trail at Clackamas Community College in Oregon City, OR. Project Scope: This Project includes installation of a new golf course irrigation system and prefabricated pump station. The irrigation system consists of a new two wire/decoder control system with computer and interface, HDPE piping, valves and sprinklers on the golf course and clubhouse area. A new irrigation pump station is proposed to be placed inside the existing pump house. The Contractor will be required to provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary to install the proposed irrigation system. Demo of the existing irrigation system shall include removal of all sprinklers, controllers and valve boxes on the golf course.
