Description
Project Summary: The goal of this project is Beavercreek Elementary School classrooms: 3, 5, 6, 17, 18, 19, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34: Remove and dispose of approximately 13,711 square feet of tile, carpet and asbestos containing mastic. Work will be accomplished using wet and manual methods, within neg-air containment by Oregon certified asbestos workers and supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements for the safe handling and disposal of Class II friable asbestos products. After removal, grind concrete floor with 25 grit blades to remove mastic without using solvent.
