Description

Philadelphia Asset and Management Company (PAPMC) requires maintenance for both existing and developing Stormwater Management Systems. Various PAPMC sites have been constructed with underground infiltration basins that store stormwater via inlets, area drains, porous pavers, etc. These systems need to be inspected, maintained, have violations corrected from the Water Department and cleaned (biannually Spring & Fall) routinely in order to operate properly. Full Scope of Work listed within solicitation.
