The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to removal, disposal, patching, grinding for tripping hazard (< 1 ), mud jacking and installation of any and all concrete and asphalt work. The selected Vendor shall be responsible for supplying materials, labor and all equipment for performing all tasks related to concrete repair, replacement, and related concrete work.
