Description

PHA requires the services of a landscaping contractor to provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment and services required to perform tree maintenance work (pruning, removal, stump grinding) at various locations throughout the City of Philadelphia throughout the PHA portfolio. Submission of proposals on this solicitation should be from individuals, partnerships, and corporations actively engaged in the field of arboriculture. Contractors should have in their possession or available to them by formal agreement at the time of submission, trucks, devices, chippers, stump grinders, hand tools, and other equipment, which are necessary to perform the work as outlined in these specifications. **Full Scope of Work listed within the solicitation.
