The project is generally described as removal and replacement of a 45 ton rooftop air handling unit on existing to remain roof curb. The work shall include building automation system connections through use of a sole source vendor, and mechanical commissioning.

The City of Roanoke is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Bidders to perform mass grading services for Tract 8, an approximately 33-acre parcel located within the Roanoke Centre for Industry and Technology. The project consists of mass grading and site development activities necessary to prepare the site to meet Tier 5 "shovel ready" standards as defined by the Virginia Economic Development Partnership's Virginia Business Ready Sites Program.
