Total Small Business Set-Aside, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Replace metal roof panels, replace sink in main bay, relocate water heater. Option 1 Interior doors at rooms 104 and 105. Option 2 Remove existing wall and ceiling panels, remove existing insulation, and apply spray foam insulation.

This contract provides for construction of a bus training facility for Link Transit and security fencing upgrades for the Washington State Patrol directly north of Link Transits headquarters. The work includes grading, excavation, asphalt, curbing, stormwater piping, catch basins, fencing, gates, and other work.

This is a readvertisement. The City of Wenatchee received Federal Railway/Highway Crossing funds to construct safety improvements along 9th Street at the rail crossing. This project will replace and install curbs, sidewalks, HMA, illumination, and other associated work. The City intends for the selected firm to provide the material testing services required for this work.

Remove existing pond liner and replace with new pond liners at the Similkameen and Dryden Pond facilities.

Prequalification required. This project includes installing approximately 1,500 LF of 8" DI watermain on W Center St, Stafford St, Cedar St, and Poplar St in the City of Leavenworth. This project will include, but is not limited to, fittings, valves, hydrants, and water services as well as all roadway restoration required due to the nature of the watermain work.

Construction of approximately 9,000 linear feet of transmission water mains, pressure reducing valve and vault, valve vaults, surface restoration and related work in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications.

The Project consists of the Alteration and construction of soccer field and sports lighting. The work includes civil, landscaping, electrical systems and all necessary and required work to complete the project as described in the contract documents. There may be off-site work associated with this project.

Work to be performed includes: removing existing landscaped area, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, asphalt, existing pressure reducing valve station and associated piping to install new PRV enclosure and mechanical, connecting the PRV to the existing system and restoration of restoration of vegetation, concrete, and asphalt.
