The Environmental Landscape Maintenance Contract provides on-call and/or regular scheduled environmental landscape maintenance services within the Port of Vancouver to ensure specified locations remain in compliance with performance requirements set forth by regulatory agencies, mitigation plans, and to maintain acceptable levels of functions. The period of performance for the contract is one (1) year with the option to extend for three (3) one-year terms.
The project includes the following work: Design, supply and install a PV system on the rooftop of the building at the Port of Ridgefield at 5645 S 11th St Building A. The aggregate PV DC nameplate capacity under this bid shall be 180 kW. This project is part of the Clark Public Utilities Community Solar at the Port of Ridgefield Program.
The intent of this project is to obtain contractor services to install two (2) new Aerco Benchmark BMK 2000 MBH input natural gas fired boilers into the existing building three (3) heating boiler assembly at the Clark County Public Service Center building.
Contractor shall furnish and provide qualified traffic control personnel, equipment, and transportation in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and, the terms of the contract, including the General Conditions and Special Provisions attached thereto. The Work may be at various locations throughout the District service area and various times of day. The DRA is soliciting proposals from architecture and engineering (A&E) firms to provide professional design, project management, and construction management services for the remodel of two (2) guest rooms at the Hilton Vancouver Washington Hotel. This project is time sensitive in that following approval of the design and completion of the two prototype rooms, the DRA anticipates progressing forward to a full renovation of all hotel guest rooms.

To provide and install a mini split in our Columbia Heights Early Care and Education Center. Work to include: Provide and install a "new" 1-ton ductless mini split system. Include 2"-3" dia. coring in a 6" thick concrete wall for running line-sets through the adjacent wall to the kitchen. Include removing and disposal of the existing 6" dia. spiral exhaust fan ducting and change to 10" dia. duct. on both sides of the in-line exhaust fan. Existing 8" dia. in-line exhaust fan to remain as-is. Existing 6" dia. exhaust duct roof penetration to remain the same. Electrical by others but coordinate with ESD112. Locate the main mini-split interior fan wall-hung unit above the west kitchen window. Include drywall demo and patching back for running the new line-sets up in the ceiling. Painting by others. Include in your bid the setting of the RTU, providing & installing a new curb, curb flashing, curb-pan, and all other roof work. Site visit required.

The project consists of interior tenant improvements one three (3) floors of the Superior Courthouse. The building will be occupied during construction and to remain functional, the project has been divided into two (2) phases. This scope of work is for Phase 1 only.

Clark Public Utilities is soliciting firms for inclusion in the Utility’s Professional Engineering & Architects (PEA) Roster. This Roster will be used to award design projects, intermittent project based contracts, and other services included in the 2026 Clark Public Utilities Capital Program for architectural and landscape design services and electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, hydraulic, and surveying engineering services. In addition, this roster will be used to evaluate and award various 2026 Clark Public Utilities Water Department Capital Program projects and services including, but not limited to: civil engineering; watermain design engineering; pumping equipment and pressure pipe design; environmental services and critical and sensitive area analysis; hydrological and water resource services; hydrogeology, water supply and quality services; SEPA/NEPA writing services; grant, loan and other technical writing services; project report writing, water rate studies and financial analysis services; geotechnical engineering; land surveying and construction staking services; archaeological and cultural resource services; archaeological area of potential effects reports, structural design services; architectural, building mechanical and electrical design; reservoir structural design services; construction management; construction inspection services; geotechnical testing and construction inspection services; erosion control inspection services; construction material testing and inspection services; reservoir construction inspection and coating inspection services; hazardous material testing and remediation services, engineering design for salmon habitat and water quality, and fluvial geomorphology.
The project will consist of, but is not limited to, interior asphalt repairs of approximately 26,410 SF and is inside the fenceline at the Clark County Fairgrounds. Parking Lot C is approximately 135,000 +/- SF and will require Type 1 Slurry Seal to extend the life of the existing asphalt. Before applying the slurry seal, fix any holes or damage prior application. In Parking Lot F there is a walkway path that requires excavation, hauling in base rock, laying new asphalt, and is approximately 8 W x 325 L.
Clark Public Utilities (CPU/Utility) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Architecture/Engineering Design (A/E) firms for the preliminary engineering and final engineering design, specifications, contract documents, construction cost estimates, design reports, technical support, and construction support in the construction of a new warehouse facility adjacent to the existing warehouse at the River Road Generating Plant. The desired additional warehouse space is approximately 6,000 square feet, or larger.
