Description
Contractor shall furnish and provide qualified traffic control personnel, equipment, and transportation in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and, the terms of the contract, including the General Conditions and Special Provisions attached thereto. The Work may be at various locations throughout the District service area and various times of day. The Contractor shall provide traffic control plans when required for the Work and adequate safeguards, safety devices, protective equipment, and other needed actions to protect the life, health, and safety of the workers, the public, and property in connection with the performance of the Work.
