Project Description: Chip Seal application on existing paved roadway surfaces for the following roadways located north from E. Yacolt Road: N Ankeny Avenue, N Hubbard Avenue, N Cedar Street, N Pipe Avenue, E Twin Falls Street, E Heritage Avenue, E Clark Street, E Alexander Street, and E Farrer Street. Other construction activities include preparation and cleaning of existing roadway surfaces, temporary traffic control, erosion and water pollution control, installation of permanent signing, pavement markings, and all other work necessary to complete the project.
