Requires removal of the existing asphalt overlay, deck membrane, and bridge expansion joints, concrete deck repair, installation of a deck membrane, placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA) overlay, paving bridge approaches, modification of bridge expansion joint headers, installation of expansion joints, striping, traffic control and other work. Involves 30 items and 22 working days. Work class 4, asphalt concrete paving, or work class 25, bridge deck repair. A federally funded contract with a 19% federal small business enterprise goal.
The project includes the following work: Clark Public Utilities Ellsworth Substation expansion will require the removal of the existing switchgear/transformer foundation, 6 bus pedestal foundations, the existing fence and conduit where conflicts occur. Concrete work is required for the transformer, switchgear, security poles, fence curbing and modifications to the existing circuit switcher foundation. Oversite of delivery of the switchgear and transformer, anchoring of transformer to the pad, all bus work, site grading, stormwater, new conduit, grounding, lighting, high security fence, pulling of power and control wiring as well as labeling of conduit and cable will be the part of this contract. New substation top rock and lava rock will be required.

This contract involves the supply and installation of a replacement 3-phase power complete Heat pump system at Mount St Helens National Volcanic Monument Ranger District Office located in Amboy, WA. The existing HVAC system in place will need to be removed and disposed of (off site and off Forest Service Property) by the contractor.
