This project includes the construction of the City of Wardens Booster Pump Station, including end suction booster pumps, generator, HVAC, instrumentation, plumbing, electrical and telemetry, CMU building, fencing, water main, connection to existing water system, testing, commissioning, training, startup, and other work

The construction of Grant Rd and Nile Ave Intersection Improvement, consisting of removal of structures and obstructions, roadway excavation, embankment compaction, catch basins, storm sewer, crushed surfacing, pigmented concrete pavement, hot mix asphalt, erosion control, roundabout cement concrete curb and gutter, roundabout central island cement concrete curb, roundabout truck apron cement concrete curb and gutter, traffic curb and gutter, permanent signing, illumination system, pavement marking, temporary traffic control, sidewalk, concrete driveway, curb ramp, mailbox supports, and other work.

In general, the scope includes: Food Services Loading Dock: Remove and replace the existing loading dock leveler with new mechanical pit style dock leveler, replace bumpers along the face of the dock, and replace the safety railing, hand railing on loading concrete stairs, and replace handrailing adjacent to the loading docks. Additionally this work involves removing and replacing a portion cracked/failing concrete slab on the loading dock, remove existing CMU bulkhead wall and replacing with cast in place concrete wall, remove existing concrete apron approach to the loading dock, remove and replace existing trench drain near the approach of the loading docks, repair existing damaged concrete dividing wall between the two loading docks, bend existing railing fixed on top of the dividing wall and repaint to match existing railing, apply chemical resistant coating over the loading dock concrete slab used by staff, remove and dispose of Lead Based paint identified on the existing dock levelers in accordance with all local/state/federal requirements. Laundry Services Loading Dock: Remove and replace two (2) existing loading dock levelers with new in-kind dock levelers, replace dock leveler bumpers, remove and replace a portion of cracked/failing concrete slab on the loading dock, remove and replace a portion of the concrete bulkhead wall, repair damaged concrete column, remove and replace existing asphalt/concrete approach that is failing and replace with new concrete slab, repaint the face of the bulkhead wall, apply chemical resistant coating over the loading dock concrete slab used by staff. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.

The Small Works Roster contracting process is used for awarding public works/construction projects up to a value of $350,000.00. In order to be eligible to bid on Small Works projects, you must first submit a Small Works Roster Pre-qualification Application. The application must be submitted to Grant PUD for review, approval and placement on the Roster. Once you are placed on the Roster, you will be notified of bid opportunities for the type(s) of work you are approved for. Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington (District) is requesting submission of qualifications to provide professional civil engineering and surveying services as needed to provide in conjunction with the Districts Power Production and Power Delivery Systems from the time awarded through December 31, 2031.

The scope of work includes reconstruction of approximately 1400 LF of taxiway pavement, stormwater improvements including subdrains, installation of conduit and edge light base cans for future use, and application of pavement markings.

Requires grading, placing crushed surfacing base course (CSBC) and hot mix asphalt (HMA) for the median crossover. The project will also remove the existing bridge 90/216, this includes removing the superstructure, piers, and foundations of the piers 1, 3, and 5. The project will also rebuild existing I-90 affected by the removal of pier 3, this includes earthwork, CSBC, HMA, and restoring delineation and safety features, traffic control and other work. Involves 36 items and 35 working days. Work class 13, demolition. A state funded contract with a 5% condition of award public works small business enterprise goal and a 2% condition of award veteran owned business goal.

Scope of work is as indicated on the drawings and specifications. In general, work includes demolition and replacement of existing asphalt paving and concrete sidewalk.

This Contract provides for the construction of new sidewalks, including driveways, ADA compliant curb ramp improvements, and associated storm drainage along West 1st Street (SR 170), from South County Road to the east edge of Railroad Right-of-way, including but not limited to excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, cement concrete curb, gutters, curb ramps, sidewalks, driveway entrances, hot mix asphalt pavement repair, storm sewer pipes, precast concrete drywells, catch basins, pavement marking, miscellaneous surface restoration, permanent signing, traffic control and other work.
