This contract provides for the installation of on-site grinder pumps for the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding and associated school buildings, which also includes seven (7) cabins and Ajax's Cafe; and Star Marine. The work also includes the connection to the existing low pressure sewer (LPS) collection system; the installation of 2-inch HDPE LPS collection pipe, 2-inch HDPE low pressure "side sewer" pipe, grinder pump tanks, grinder pumps and control panels; the connection to existing building drains and appurtenances; the startup and testing of the grinder pumps; the abandoning of the existing septic tank systems' clearing and grubbing; the placement of hot mix asphalt and cement concrete sidewalks; and other work.

Jefferson County is seeking a multi-disciplined engineering firm to provide civil and structural engineering, surveying, geotechnical engineering, geology, hydrology and hydraulic analysis, and environmental assessments and permitting to develop preliminary and final habitat restoration designs and associated permits for a portion of the Dosewallips River and floodplain (River Mile 3 .6 to 4.0) upstream of the community of Brinnon, WA.

The Work comprises approx. 900sf of TI scope to convert an existing classroom space into a school based health clinic. scope includes demolition of existing ceilings, MEP, and a new opening will be cut into an existing tilt-up concrete wall that will provide new access to this space. Some minor slab demo will be conducted to allow new underground plumbing to be connected to the existing plumbing system. New HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and life safety systems will be added/modified from their current state to meet current codes. New partitions will be constructed to divide the space into offices, exam room, lab room and storage.

Paving the parks main road, paving the trail and construction of boardwalk along a section of trail, removal of the existing vault restrooms and construction of two new CXTs. 10% for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), 6% for Womens Business Enterprises (WBE), 5% for Washington Small Businesses, and 5% for Veteran-owned businesses. While meeting these goals is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged to promote diversity in business participation.
