Paving the parks main road, paving the trail and construction of boardwalk along a section of trail, removal of the existing vault restrooms and construction of two new CXTs. 10% for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), 6% for Womens Business Enterprises (WBE), 5% for Washington Small Businesses, and 5% for Veteran-owned businesses.
