In general, the scope includes: 1. Building C & D Bridge Repairs: Structural alterations to repair corroded steel, weatherproofing improvements, replacement of steel fireproofing. 2. Building B & L Bridge Repairs: Structural alterations to repair corroded steel, weatherproofing improvements, seismic improvements to MEP services crossing the bridges, replacement of the ACP grid ceiling with a linear system including replacement of exterior lighting and fire safety alterations. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
