Renovate the following areas, south elevator and Building B and adjacent elevator machine room, roof, exterior and interior corridors and rooms where infrastructure and utilities work occurs. Scope includes limited demolition and replacement of the elevator, finishings and openings, new finishes, and modifications to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler and alarm, and communications systems:Refinish all surface areas of the following, as specified: 1. The project involves the construction of a new walk-in cooler for decedent holding and vestibule space, measuring approximately 600 square feet, located on the 1st floor of the existing main hospital facility. Construction activities will impact the existing decedent holding suite. Scope includes coordination of existing cooler demolition and new cooler installation with owner vendor. Limited demolition of existing partitions, limited rework of existing fire sprinklers, and mechanical/plumbing. Construction of new partitions and finishes.

The major items of work include installing interior partition walls and exterior manual sliding doors at 17 hangar units within Hangar F (base bid) and Hangar E (additive bid).

Replace and install 6 x 49.5" x 207.5" (actual curb dimension) curved polycarbonate skylights. The roof is 30ft high and 15ft from nearest parking access so use of a crane needs to be included. Crane access marked in red on Attachment A. Install window is August 17th-28th, 2026 while building is closed to the public.

Work to be performed shall include construction of approximately 1,330 linear feet of watermain, and repaving and restriping of approximately 0.25 lane-miles of roadway. Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of piping, four fire hydrants, one water meter, one air vaccum valve assembly; removal of valves and one air vaccum valve assembly, paving, and other work necessary to complete the project.

Work includes constructing a new pedestrian pathway along 126th Ave NE between NE 186th St and NE 195th St including a new six-foot wide paved path, extruded curb or other type of pathway delineation, pedestrian crossing enhancement, pavement restoration, storm drainage, and channelization.

Consultant shall provide the necessary professional, technical, and engineering services to include but not limited to: roofing systems assessments, design services for new construction, design of replacement of existing roofing systems, repair and/or maintenance plans for new or existing roofing systems, design of demolition of existing roofing systems, capital plan estimates, asset conditions and other assessments for all types of existing roofing systems, permit assistance, evaluation of existing fall protection systems, as well as the design of improvements to existing fall protection systems as necessary.

Statement of Qualification from firms or individuals interested in providing design services, community outreach, and environmental review for the NE 175th Street 5th Ave NE to 15th Ave NE Safety Improvements Project (Project).

The Consultant shall provide the necessary professional, technical, and engineering services to include but not limited to: roofing systems assessments, design services for new construction, design of replacement of existing roofing systems, repair and/or maintenance plans for new or existing roofing systems, design of demolition of existing roofing systems, capital plan estimates, asset conditions and other assessments for all types of existing roofing systems, permit assistance, evaluation of existing fall protection systems, as well as the design of improvements to existing fall protection systems as necessary.

The work under this Contract consists of repair or replacement of a variety of piping systems, including but not limited to: repair or replacement of large diameter pipe in excess of 48 within 24 hour notice; exploratory excavation; minor piping systems modification; restoration and repair of disturbed mechanical and electrical assemblies, miscellaneous concrete or asphalt repairs related to pipe repair; back filling and grading to restore disturbed area to grade; restoration of landscaping; disposal of debris; and restoration of above and below ground facilities. Subcontracting work includes concrete work ,landscaping 5% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement of the total labor hours worked during the contract. .

The purpose of this contract is to provide construction management and inspection (CM&I) services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Water and Land Resources Division for the White Center Ponds retrofit capital improvement project. This Scope of Work reflects the Countys current understanding of the work; however, it may be updated during negotiations.

The work will include, but not be limited to: installation of a new street facing marquee sign and reader board at site exterior, exterior building signage, library curtain wall window modifications and glazing replacement, general glazing replacement, concrete cold joint repairs, selective CMU repairs, sealant repairs, sheet metal repairs, and coating repairs.

The project includes work at two adjacent sites. The first site is located along Mill Creek and includes in-channel sediment removal work in the creek. The other site is located along 76th Ave South, which includes storm pipe solids removal work in a large underground storm pipe.

In general, the scope includes: 1. Building C & D Bridge Repairs: Structural alterations to repair corroded steel, weatherproofing improvements, replacement of steel fireproofing. 2. Building B & L Bridge Repairs: Structural alterations to repair corroded steel, weatherproofing improvements, seismic improvements to MEP services crossing the bridges, replacement of the ACP grid ceiling with a linear system including replacement of exterior lighting and fire safety alterations. The Seattle Public Library seeks architectural and engineering (A/E) teams to provide design and construction administration services for the renovation of its Columbia Branch Library. The building totals approximately 12,225 square feet and includes a historic Carnegie section (approximately 6,825 SF, constructed in 1915) and a 2004 addition (approximately 5,400 SF). The A/E team must prepare documents to meet Library requirements for review at programming, schematic design, 30% construction documents, 60% construction documents, permit set and submittal, 90% construction documents, 100% construction documents, bid set, and addendums.

Miscellaneous tenant improvement work in order to facilitate Program changes to the 2N and 3N Wards, as well as extending some of the communications infrastructure. Provide the necessary tools, equipment, material, labor, and other resources for roofing needs at residential apartment building, multi-family, single-family, and commercial space throughout King County, as well as in Sedro Woolley and Olympia as needed.

Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: This project includes two sites, located on tributaries (north and south) to Idylwood Creek within Ardmore Park. A precast concrete type-2, 72-inch flow control structure will be installed at the north tributary site and an HDPE tee energy dissipator will be installed at the south tributary site. The north tributary is located east of the intersection of NE 28th Street and 169th Avenue NE. The south tributary is located east of the intersection of 169th Avenue NE and NE 25th Street. Approximately 9 LF of 30-inch CMP culvert pipe removal Approximately 13 LF of 30-inch PVC storm sewer pipe installation. Approximately 40 LF of 26-inch HDPE storm sewer pipe installation. Connection for dissimilar culvert pipe installation. Approximately 20 TN of riprap installation. Splash pad consisting of 12-inch streambed cobbles, outfall ballast, and gravel backfill for pipe zone bedding installation. Approximately 105 TN of crushed surfacing installation. Tree protection measure installation. Temporary traffic control during construction. Landscape plantings (trees and shrubs). Clearing and grubbing, tree removal, removal of structures and obstructions, stormwater bypassing, and water pollution/erosion control. Property restoration including removal and salvage of landscape features on private property.

The City of Normandy Park desires to complete a variety of capital improvement projects in 2026. The projects shall be divided into two schedules of work. Schedule A: The City of Normandy Park desires the completion of frontage improvements including curb/gutter and sidewalk improvements along 4th Avenue SW and SE 200th Street, fronting the park, as well as pavement widening for parking lot improvements, storm improvements, an electrical service and water service. Schedule B: The City of Normandy Park desires the completion of various landscaping and utility improvements within Marvista Park. These improvements include walkway, landscaping, and irrigation system improvements within the park, as well as a bocci ball court and food truck pad.
