Seattle Public Schools (district) is requesting statements of qualifications and proposals from General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) firms to support the districts Capital Projects division to provide preconstruction and construction services for the Jane Addams MS Seismic and Miscellaneous Improvements project identified in the Buildings Excellence (BEX) V Capital Levy and in the Building, Technology, Academics/Athletics (BTA) V Capital Levy.
