Description
Contractor will be required to furnish and install, through self-performance or the management of Subcontractors, the following elements of work, including but not limited to:Complete pre-abatement unit cleanout toaccommodate abatement, abatement of hazardous materials, demolition and all material, and disposal of38 residential buildings or 211 units. Fill unit foundations with soil stockpiles on site. If soil is not present, and Contractor shall import material.
