The University of Washington, through its Facilities department (UWF), is soliciting bids for the replacement of the roof system at the Olympic Natural Resources Center (ONRC), Building B (Main Building), located at 1455 S. Forks Ave. Forks, WA 98331. All work shall comply with University of Washington Facilities standards and all applicable codes.

This project shall consist of: Pavement repair, slurry seal, curbing, removal and replacement of traffic markings, and traffic signal modifications on 20th Avenue S and on S 308 Street.

The Project consists of tenant improvements to replace (5) indoor water source heat pumps on the first and second floors of the R Building and related scope. Alternate work: In general, the scope includes: Interior alterations to Building R to replace (5) indoor water source heat pumps in mechanical closets and above the ACP grid ceiling in rooms 103E, 103C, 106D, 110E and 218. The units will be replaced in kind with modification to piping, air distribution, and electrical systems as required. Architectural scope includes repairs to existing finishes and enclosures, and seismic improvements for above ceiling locations to meet the City of Bellevue code requirements. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.

The 2026 Urban Forestry Improvements include removal of tree roots and landscape strip subgrade located within City right-of-way. Landscape strips will be restored with root barriers, topsoil, and drainage improvements. There will also be restoration of street signage, sod, and irrigation systems.

The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the 120th Avenue NE Roadway Rehabilitation Project. Specific work includes, but is not limited to, preparation and resurfacing of asphalt concrete roadway, cement concrete paving, pavement reconstruction, pavement repair, replacement of damaged cement concrete curb, gutter, driveway, and sidewalks, installation of ADA sidewalk ramps, erosion control, pavement markings, traffic signal loops, RRFB and pedestrian push button replacement and adjustments, traffic control and other work.

Sound Transit is requesting Proposals from firms to provide the equipment, installation materials, and documentation necessary to replace the existing Public Address (PA) system at Sound Transits Sounder station(s).

Yardley Arms is a three-story apartment community located in the City of Burien. Constructed in the 1970s, the building provides housing for seniors and disabled individuals aged 62 and older. The property contains a total of 67 dwelling units, all of which are one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments. The Contractor is responsible for pricing the project, which must cover all labor, materials, and equipment. This includes mobilization costs, scaffolding, and the removal and disposal of existing windows, The scope of work involves the removal and replacement of all windows in the three-story building as indicated on the plan set. It is the Contractor's responsibility to verify the actual window sizes before placing any orders, as the drawings provided are for reference only and should not be scaled.

Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Good faith asbestos inspection(s) testing to comply with RCW 49.26.013 as required to achieve scope of work. 2. Removal and replacement of all existing roofing materials and 50% of plywood deck sheathing as well as 400LF of fascia board. 3. Inspect all exposed roof framing for any rot or damaged materials and repair as needed. 4. Block and seal any existing gable vents from attic interior. 5. Provide and install new CDX plywood deck sheathing and roofing materials according to manufacturers recommended installation specifications. 6. Provide and install all new CertainTeed roofing system components: a. Install CertainTeed Winterguard Ice and Water roof underlayment to all critical areas and valleys. b. Install CertainTeed Roof Runner synthetic roof underlayment. c. Install CertainTeed Landmark AR composition roofing system. 7. Install Gibraltar Building Products PRV50BL Plastic Roof Vent with minimum 50 sq.in Net Free Area ventilation. 8. Install Cor-A-Vent IN-Vent Attic Roof Vent or approved equal. 9. Install all metal 24-gauge flashing components according to manufacturers recommendations including roof penetration flashing, roof to wall flashing, eave and rake flashings and W-Valley flashing. 10. Install permanent fall arrest/restraint roof anchors and all other accessory items to complete the installation and maintenance of the roof in a safe and secure manner. 11. Install new fascia boards where there is any decay or rot that would prevent the exterior paint to be applied and warranted. Include painting of all fascia prior to installation of new gutters. (See Section 1.5 UNIT COSTS for details.) 12. Install new 5 K-style aluminum gutters and 2x3 aluminum downspouts to match existing locations. 13. Haul away and dispose of all debris and demolished materials. 14. Include painting all b-vent flashings, roof accessories and lead pipe flashings as needed. 15. Daily cleaning and final cleaning of all trash and debris. 16. Prevailing wage rates to be included. 17. Provide for 40 Year Manufacturers Warranty from CertainTeed, including Sure Start 5-Star Warranty and 2-Year Workmanship Warranty.

Work to be performed is described in the Contract Documents and includes: - Increase the outside diameter of the foundation to 98 feet and 1 inch (4 foot increase) to meet allowable bearing pressure - Install sixty 2-inch diameter anchors to prevent shell uplift - Install anchor bases around screen vent - Reservoir Coating - Add drain holes near base of guardrail posts - New inlet/outlet piping, inlet manifold with duckbill valves - Install anchor points at top of tank - Install sample lines - New roof vent, ladder, and guardrail - Relocate overflow pipe outside of tank and associated catchment system

Proposals from firms to provide on-call fence maintenance/repair service for Sound Transits properties throughout service areas in Snohomish, King and Pierce counties. The term of the contract will be for five (5) years.

The purpose of this contract is to provide construction management and inspection services on a work order basis for King County Department of National Resources and Parks, Parks and Recreation Division. The exact disciplines required and the amount of work for each discipline has not been determined. The Consultant should be capable of adding disciplines expeditiously as necessary to meet the needs of specific work orders. There is no guarantee that all services in this Scope of Work will be used.

Acceptable roofing products must meet these warranty requirements: Contractors workmanship warranty for a period of two (2) years from final completion. Roofing manufacturers 40-year warranty for materials. 18. Provide all applicable permits.

Base Bid: Renovations and upgrades to existing restrooms, laundry room and replacement of existing HVAC system. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing architectural, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, fire alarm and electrical elements, and installation of new architectural, plumbing, HVAC fire sprinkler, fire alarm and electrical elements. Alternate 1 Fire Alarm Replacement: Work includes, but is not limited to, a full new bidderdesigned, addressable fire alarm system to replace existing zoned system in its entirety. New system shall comply with all local regulations and codes, and include an annunciator panel in main lobby, combo CO/Smoke detection in sleep rooms, and smoke detection in all electrical/mechanical spaces. Alternate 2 Downspout Connection to Existing Tightline: Extend existing tightline and connect new down spouts to new tightline. Work includes, but is not limited to, extension of existing tightline, restoration of existing landscaping and replacement of existing pavement.

Construction of a new public restroom at Licton Springs Park, including associated site work, hardscape and landscape improvements, and utility connections.

The existing electrical panels were observed to be original panels and are approaching the end of their Estimated Useful Life (EUL). Some panels have been replaced though out the building. It is recommended that the remaining original panels be replaced. Aluminum wiring was observed in dwelling unit electrical panels. It is assumed that the majority of the electrical branch wiring throughout the units is aluminum. In order to eliminate fire risks associated with aluminum wiring, it is recommended to install Alumiconn connectors at all aluminum to copper connections. This project will be bid and contracted in 2026; however, construction activities will not resume until the third quarter of 2027. Contractors shall prepare and submit bids accordingly, with all pricing, scheduling, labor, and material considerations reflecting a 2027 restart of work.
