In general, the scope includes: Partial remodel of the Military and Veterans Programs building 11; demolition and replacement of storefronts and interior doors with hardware, updating finishes at restrooms, replacing restroom accessories (OFCI), replacing kitchen cabinets, minor structural repairs, new water filling station, replacing diffusers, updating lighting in restrooms, lounge and hallway, Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
