The project consists of work to be performed between July 15, 2026 & September 30, 2026 and consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental theretofore and as generally described as follows: Construction of the 2026 Pavement Preservation Scrub Seal Project which shall consist of, but not be limited to: 1. Mobilization and cleanup 2. Temporary traffic control necessary to complete the project 3. Application of emulsified asphalt and aggregate for Scrub Seal treatment 4. Application of emulsified asphalt for fog seal treatment All work will be located within the City right-of-way or on City property. The project consists of completing a scrub seal treatment and finishing with a fog seal on 32 neighborhood roads totaling 3.65 miles.

This scope of work outlines the requirements and activities necessary for the repair of existing wooden Boardwalks, Bus Dropoff Platform, and Footbridges. These structures are in four different locations within the Bainbridge Island Japanese Exclusion Memorial grounds. This project has an interface with an ongoing construction project at the north end of Boardwalk Section #1. Coordination with that contractor is required.

The purpose of this project is to renovate and modernize the Fixed-Route Drivers Break Room Kitchen (located at 200 Charleston Blvd, Bremerton, WA 98312) to improve durability, functionality, and comfort for operators who rely on the space for rest, meals, and shift transitions. The remodel will include new kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, and associated finishes.

Kitsap Transit is issuing this Request for Qualifications to solicit proposals from interested, qualified, and experienced firms to provide construction management services for the installation of sixteen inductive charging units at four locations, including one maintenance base and three transit centers. The work includes the installation of inductive charging pads, charging cabinets, switchgears, demolition of existing concrete, excavation, groundwork, paving, grading, striping, utility upgrades, and other associated tasking. The Port of Bremerton is seeking bids for a breakwater replacement project at the Port Orchard Marina. This project will include new north and east breakwaters, approach floats, a new gangway, and demolition of the existing structures and utilities. The breakwater, approach floats, and gangways are performance specified for the fabricator's final design. The anchoring system for the floats in fully designed as well as the float utilities. Utility infrastructure includes dock water systems, dock fire systems, dock sewer systems, sewer forcemain, and electrical. The upland utility work includes temporary erosion and sediment control (TESC); existing utility protection, and site restoration, including paving and landscaping. The project mitigation requirements include the demolition of two timber piers located within one mile of the site. This project is anticipated to be completed in phases over two years.

The principal items or elements of this project include: Install TESC and protect site. All access to the site is by land. Remove existing shore armor including rock wall, concrete rubble, wood wall and pilings, while retaining and reforming two rock sills Construct rock, retaining wall and return wall with on-site salvaged rock Excavate, regrade and recontour shoreline bank Import and install beach cobble toe and gravel-sand beach nourishment Dispose properly of demolished materials including some creosoted wood Import compost and wood chip mulch for planting areas Import and install crushed rock for paths Import and place 4 habitat logs

To solicit proposals from interested, qualified, and experienced firms for the redevelopment of the West Bremerton Transit Center (WBTC) Park & Ride facility. The redevelopment will include complete demolition design for the existing building, preliminary site design, and environmental review.

Kitsap Transit is seeking to contract with a qualified contractor to complete as needed marine welding repair and emergency service under a unit price contract. Contractor shall meet the requirements of section IX of the ASME code and have USCG endorsement for welding of aluminum vessel structure. Contractor shall provide proof of these certifications to Kitsap Transit during the bid process. Contractor shall be able to weld materials such as, but not limited to, stainless steel, aluminum, copper nickel, and carbon steel. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment. Kitsap Transit marine facilities are equipped with 50amps and 100amps, depending on the facility. DBE goal for Federal fiscal year 2026 is 1.98%.

Progressive Design-Build Services for the PGST Administration Campus Redevelopment Project, located on the Port Gamble SKlallam Tribe Reservation in Kingston, Washington. The project includes the comprehensive redevelopment of the PGST Administration Campus, guided by the 2025 Administrative Campus Master Plan.

Construction consists of the contractor providing and installing a Varco Pruden Thermalblock roof overlay system on Hangar 5, Hangar 6, and the Airport Maintenance Shop. Hangars 5 and 6 are considered the base bid and the Airport Maintenance Shop building is an add-option alternate if the Ports budget allows for it to be included in the bid award. The Port reserves the right to award the base bid and no alternate, or the base bid plus alternate based on funding availability.

In general, the scope entails Tenant Improvements around the existing student services desk and adjacent hallways. The Work includes demolition of casework and finishes and the installation of new floor and wall finishes. The Work also includes structural repairs to the Bookstore floor. A select area of floor structure and subfloor repair is part of this Work, as indicated on the architectural plans. Sequencing shall be as indicated below under Part 1, 1.09 Work Sequence. After the existing flooring and subfloor have been removed, the A & E team shall be notified. This will allow for the A & E team to visually assess the underlying structural conditions and develop repair requirements for this select area. Upon doing so, structural solutions will be provided, and this additional Work will be provided under direction of a Field Authorization or Change Order Proposal. Allow one work week from notification of the A & E team regarding underlying conditions being exposed, to a FA or COP being issued with repair directions. Work at areas outside of this select repair area shall proceed uninterrupted during the time of structural assessment and design issuance.
