The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR) are seeking a qualified contractor to conduct a comprehensive engineering design including construction-ready package for five (5) existing culvert failures in the general area of the Tunk Creek watershed within the upcoming 2031 Browns Pass Timber Sale, located on the Colville Indian Reservation in northeastern Washington. CTCR aims to replace and manage these stream crossings for multiple objectives, including but not limited to timber production and tribal member community benefits. The required end product deliverable will be a comprehensive engineering design report, including construction specifications to accompany engineering design, and fully developed Engineers Estimate construction costs to implement the Engineering Design.

The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR) Anadromous Fisheries Division are seeking proposals from a riverine and riparian habitat restoration firm able to provide conceptual designs, structural engineering and hydrologic concept services, and other common data analysis associated with restoration project design per the request of CTCR Anadromous Fisheries Division staff. The awarded contractor will be asked to provide services in an on call and as needed basis. Proposals should demonstrate the experience designing and implementing river restoration projects, hydrologic modeling, and related experience, etc. The recipient must be able demonstrate an acute knowledge of the Upper Columbia river watershed, salmon populations, and habitat limiting factors of the basin and its four major tributaries. TERO applies. The Tribes anticipates the service period for this work to be indeterminate but no less than for three years, and on an as-needed period.

1. Remove and legally dispose of existing overhead doors and associated components, including tracks, springs, and hardware. 2. Provide and install new commercial-grade insulated steel sectional overhead doors at the Metal Shop and Wood Shop locations. 3. Doors shall be minimum 2 thick with track and hardware suitable for the opening size and application. 4. New doors shall comply with Washington State Energy Code 2024 (WSEC24) and have a maximum U-factor of 0.24. The existing buildings are conditioned; therefore, door assemblies are required to meet current energy code requirements. 5. Door Operators a. Provide and install commercial-duty wall-mounted jackshaft door operators suitable for the door size, weight, and intended use. Operators shall be manufactured by one of the following: LiftMaster (MAXUM series or equivalent commercial line) Genie (commercial jackshaft series) Manaras (jackshaft series) b. Operators shall meet the following minimum performance requirements: Wall-mounted jackshaft configuration Operator shall be sized by the manufacturer for the specific door weight, size, and duty cycle, with a minimum 3/4 HP motor UL 325 compliant, including monitored entrapment protection devices Adjustable limits, full safety/reversing features, and standard commercial controls (push-button station and required safety devices) Complete with all components, accessories, and appurtenances required for a fully functional system c. The Bidder shall identify the proposed manufacturer and model proposed. d. Equipment not meeting these requirements or not manufactured by one of the listed manufacturers may be rejected by the Owner. 6. Coordinate installation with existing finish openings: a. Metal Shop Door: 11' 11" W x 11' 1/2" H b. Wood Shop Door: 9' 9 3/4" W x 7' 11" H c. Contractor shall verify measurements before ordering materials. 7. New doors to be factory white finish. 8. Electrical power to the door operator location will be provided by others. Final electrical connections, controls, and low-voltage wiring associated with the door operator shall be by the Overhead Door Contractor. 9. Contractor shall maintain building security and weather protection at all times. Doors shall not be removed unless replacement occurs the same day or temporary protection acceptable to the Owner is provided.
