Description
This Contract provides for the removal of the existing parking lot at Hill Tower Park and replacement with on-street angled parking, sidewalk/multi-use path, bike lane, and associated stormwater work. It also includes replacement of a rockery with a gravity block wall and removal/resurfacing of a sport court. The improvements include, but are not specifically limited to, removal and reconstruction of limited pavement areas, asphalt paving, curb & gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, pavement markings, retaining wall, and other miscellaneous items.
