Base bid: Re-balance new HVAC units for total SA and RA CFMs noted on plans. Adjust existing pressure relief assemblies as part of balancing. Alt bid: Re-balance all air inlets and outlets inside the building served by HV-1, HV-5, and HV-6. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
