Description

In general, the Project comprises an interior renovation of approximately 50% of the existing Family Resource Center, + 2,917sf. Demolition includes: Remediation of Asbestos and other hazardous materials identified in Hazardous Materials Report (Section 02-22-10). Removal of wood frame construction and various finished materials. Removal and modification of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems. Construction includes new partitions, doors and frames, windows, finishes, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. The Project is located: Amara Family Resource Center, 3501 104th St East, Tacoma, WA

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
