Description

Scope of work is indicated on the contract drawings and specifications. It includes an approximately 3,450 SF interior renovation at the existing Gaspard Building to convert Classrooms 155, 158, & 159 into administrative spaces for the IT and facilities department. Improvements include the reconfiguration of spaces, new walls, doors and finishes. Improvements also include HVAC, electrical and data system component replacements & improvements as required. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
