Description

In general, the scope includes: 1. Building B: a. Removal of existing Built-up Roofing assembly down to existing structural roof deck. b. 2. Install new roofing assembly, as per architectural plans, with a new TPO single play roofing membrane. Building C: a. Removal of existing Built-up Roofing assembly down to existing structural roof deck. b. 3. Install new roofing assembly, as per architectural plans, with a new TPO single play roofing membrane. Building H: a. Removal of existing Single-ply Roofing assembly down to existing structural roof deck. b. 4. Install new roofing assembly, as per architectural plans, with a new TPO single play roofing membrane. Building G: a. Removal of existing Built-up Roofing assembly down to existing structural roof deck. b. 5. Install new roofing assembly, as per architectural plans, with a new TPO single play roofing membrane. Building U: a. Removal of existing Single-ply Roofing assembly down to existing structural roof deck. b. 6. Install new roofing assembly, as per architectural plans, with a new TPO single play roofing membrane. Building W: a. Removal of existing Single-ply Roofing assembly down to existing structural roof deck. b. Install new roofing assembly, as per architectural plans, with a new TPO single play roofing membrane. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
