Description
This project consists of the replacement of Carbonados raw water pumps at the water treatment plant. Base Bid consists of the replacement of two raw water pumps, housed in an insulated aluminum building above a raw water reservoir (East Pumphouse). Existing pumps will be removed and salvaged to the Town of Carbonado. New, 1.5-hp pumps will be installed on existing pump mounts and connected to existing piping and electrical. Minor pipe modifications are anticipated to accommodate new pumps. Additive Schedule consists of the replacement of two raw water pumps housed in an insulated aluminum building above a raw water reservoir (West Pumphouse). Existing pumps will be removed and salvaged to the Town of Carbonado. New, 1.5-hp pumps will be installed on existing pump mounts and connected to existing piping and electrical. Minor pipe modifications are anticipated to accommodate new pumps.
