The Contract shall generally consist of pedestrian and safety improvements adjacent to the Baker Middle School. Included in the Contract are bulb-outs, new channelization, hybrid beacon, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, and ADA-compliant curb ramp and sidewalk upgrades. The Federal Small Business Enterprise Program (FSBE) goal for this work is 12%.

This project provides for the improvement of 122nd Avenue East. The project will widen the existing two-lane roadway to accommodate two southbound through lanes, a two-way left turn lane, and one northbound through lane. Other improvements include four-foot paved shoulders, cement concrete curb and gutter, 6-foot wide cement concrete sidewalks, an enclosed storm drainage system, water quality stormwater facilities, illumination, replace the existing traffic signal system at the 122nd Avenue East / 144th Street East intersection, and update the signal at the 122nd Avenue East / 136th Street East intersection, and other work.

In general, the scope includes: Electrical replacement of main distribution panelboards, main panelboards, branch panelboards, transformers, and medium-voltage transformers. Scope of work is indicated on the contract drawings and specifications. It includes an approximately 3,450 SF interior renovation at the existing Gaspard Building to convert Classrooms 155, 158, & 159 into administrative spaces for the IT and facilities department. The purpose of this RFB is for site preparation, development, and construction of a 17,133 square foot building on a 73,573 square foot parcel located at 15126 Main Street East, Sumner, Washington. The project involves removal of preload surcharge, site development conforming to City of Sumner zoning regulations and East Main Street design guidelines. Site development will include the East Main Street frontage and on-site parking on the south side of the site. Building construction shall be governed by all conditions as indicated in the construction drawings and specifications. Work includes Removal of existing preload surcharge and related earthwork. Site development in conformance with City of Sumner zoning regulations and East Main Street design guidelines. Construction of new parking areas and associated site improvements on the south portion of the site. Utility extensions and connections. Construction of a fully enclosed, conditioned public library building including structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety systems. Installation of interior finishes, fixed furnishings, casework, and building systems as indicated in the Contract Documents. Coordination and incorporation of deferred submittal components, including but not limited to roof truss design, buckling-restrained bracing, and aggregate pier systems. Plan, manage, and execute all construction activities in alignment with the U.S. Green Building Councils (USGBC) LEED v4.1 rating to achieve LEED Silver certification. Include but not limited to procuring LEED-compliant materials, tracking and documenting all LEED credits; maintaining waste management, indoor air quality, and commissioning requirements; and submitting all documentation necessary for certification through USGBCs LEED Online platform.

The City of Puyallup (the City) is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the cutting and disposal of aquatic weed growth in an approximate 9,200 linear-foot project area of Clarks Creek, in the City of Puyallup, and an approximate 6,600 linear-foot project area of Clarks Creek, in Pierce County. Cutting will be accomplished by a handle sickle/scythe method, utilizing at least two contractors in the water cutting at the same time, with catchment points and method(s) to remove cut Elodea downstream.

The installation of a new dry pit lift station, a new generator enclosure building with a new generator, new electrical and control panels, new utility lines including sanitary sewer, intake and exhaust air, conduits, and drain lines, the installation of cured-in-place pipe liners within existing gravity sanitary sewer pipes, epoxy coating existing sanitary sewer manholes, new concrete sidewalk and stairs, and site restoration.

Soliciting bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced firms to perform complete demolition of the existing Kennel Building located at the UW Pack Forest property in Eatonville, Washington. The work includes building demolition, utility decommissioning, fire alarm and suppression system removal, hazardous materials testing, debris disposal, and site restoration. All work shall comply with University of Washington Facilities standards and all applicable codes.

Demolition and removal of approximately 6,200 square feet of existing gravel and asphalt pavement; subgrade preparation and grading; pavement sawcutting and trenching for the new stormwater treatment system; procurement and installation of the stormwater treatment system; installation of approximately 6,200 square feet of new asphalt pavement; procurement and installation of security fencing and LED lighting fixtures with controls; and protection of all existing utilities.

This Contract provides for the application of surface treatments to approximately 0.75 miles of roadways throughout the Town of Wilkeson. The work shall include (but is not necessarily limited to) the placement of crushed screening and emulsified asphalt for chip seal, the application of asphalt for fog seal, and related work items. Two additional schedules of work provide for the application of surface treatments to two additional roadways totaling approximately 0.32 miles.

This project provides for the installation of new Utility Pole Mounted Luminaires within unincorporated Pierce County, and other work in accordance with and as described in the Plans and Specifications.

The work proposed includes all the necessary permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to supply and install signage throughout various County buildings as described in the issuance of Work Orders/Assignments. PoP 1 year with a 1 year option.
