This project will include tree and vegetation removal, channel excavation, placement of streambed cobble materials, removal of sediment and debris from existing culvert, installation of large wood debris, temporary stream bypass and fish exclusion, temporary erosion and sediment control, streambank and riparian planting and restoration, and temporary traffic control/street detour

This project includes the construction of approximately 590 linear feet of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe installation as well as the replacement of 600 linear feet of 12-inch concrete sewer pipe with 12-inch HDPE sanitary sewer pipe installed by pipe bursting. The project includes the installation of eight new manholes, and filling and rechanneling of existing manhole structures. The project includes temporary sewage pumping and site restoration all in accordance with the Contract plans and the specifications.

In general, the scope includes: Division 07 Weather Resistive Barriers a. Patch and repair existing membrane roofing and flashings. Division 09 Finishes: a. Execute minor finish repairs at areas of work. Seal and close all new wall or soffit penetrations. Division 23 HVAC: a. This project consists of the removal and replacement of two existing rooftop-mounted condensing units and two air handler units (AHU) located within the interior mechanical attic due to end-of-life conditions. Division 26 Electrical: a. Perform necessary low voltage and power work associated scope. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged

The project consists of erosion control, pavement removal, demolition, preparation for paving, grading, asphalt pavement and restoration, storm drain reconnections, catch basin replacements, and coordination with Skagit Parks. The construction window for this project is October 5, 2026, through October 28, 2026. All work must be substantially complete by October 28, 2026.

Concrete is soliciting annual statements of qualifications and performance data (RFQ) from architects, engineers, architectural landscaping, and consulting/professional firms in connection with performing professional services for the Town

This RFP includes the following elements: 1. Design, engineering, fabrication, and shipping required for the replacement of one (1) floating wooden decked moorage pier and the nine (9) associated wooden piles of the northwest pier at the Village Waterfront location. Please see Appendix A for the existing pier layout and Appendix B for photos of the existing pier. The replacement pier will incorporate the following requirements: a. Floating moorage pier assembly shall be one hundred and sixty (160) feet long and eight (8) feet wide. SITC preference is twenty-foot-long individual float sections. 2 b. Floating pier shall support a minimum uniform live load of eighty (80) psf. c. Decking on the replacement moorage float will be grated with 60% open space compliant with WAC 220-110-300 (per the NEPA environmental assessment). d. Floating pier sections shall incorporate a composite plastic lumber exterior rub strip. e. The existing floating pier is secured by eight (8) interior guide piles and one (1) exterior guide pile at the open end. For initial costing purposes assume a similar yoke layout with nine (9) fourteen (14) inch diameter steel piles. Yokes shall have composite plastic lumber rub rails or rollers. f. The new moorage floats shall incorporate full length rails for moorage line anchorage. g. All synthetic flotation material shall be permanently encapsulated to prevent breakup into small pieces and dispersal into the water (per the environmental assessment). h. Skirting and other continuous protective bumper material that may impede light penetration beneath the edge of the moorage float will not extend below the bottom of the float (per the NEPA environmental assessment). i. j. The new moorage float assembly will connect with shore power. Design must incorporate conduits and four (4) dock pedestals with LED lighting spaced approximately evenly along its length. Pedestals shall each have two (2) 120-volt 30-amp receptacles. The new moorage float assembly will interface with existing gangway, access pier, and finger pier (see photos).

The Project involves the phased renovation and adaptive reuse of a former approximately 70,000-square-foot warehouse into a state-of-the-art Maintenance, Operations and Administrative Campus for Skagit Transit. The selected Consultant shall act as the Owners representative, ensuring the Project is delivered in strict accordance with Contract Documents, FTA requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

City of Anacortes solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in civil and structural engineering design to provide services related to the following project: 12th St and K Ave Intersection Improvements #26-066-TRN. This agreement will be for one year in duration with the option for the City to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. The submittal deadline is changed from 3:00pm PST on May 13, 2026 to 3:00pm PST on May 20, 2026.

Scope of work is indicated on the contract drawings and specifications. It includes selective demolition, salvage and relocation of existing roof ballast, removal and replacement of selected windows and associated flashings and trim. Reroof 15,050 sq.ft. of low slope roof and replace failed clerestory windows. Scope includes but is not limited to remove existing window units, frame new rough openings, install new windows, and flashing, salvage roof ballast, remove membrane, insulation & accessories to expose concrete slab. Install new, fully adhered roof system consisting of vapor barrier, insulation, coverboard, single-ply membrane, and common work including but not limited to: flashing replacement, roof guards, vents and roof accessories on the South Roof, the Lower Mechanical Roof, and the Mechanical Penthouse Roof. This project will include street asphalt pavement milling/grinding/planing and thin overlay; construction of concrete sidewalk, curb, and ADA-compliant crosswalk pedestrian ramps; adjustments of existing utilities; temporary and permanent street striping and channelization, and property edge restoration.
