Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: expansion of the Veterans Monument, including installation of new basalt columns and monument plaza improvements; expansion of the playground and installation of perimeter safety fencing; restoration of asphalt and concrete paths and ADA ramps; installation of site furnishings; lawn restoration; irrigation system improvements; installation of park lighting; clearing and demolition of existing park features to be replaced; tree protection measures; and associated grading, drainage, and limited excavation/earthwork necessary to complete the Work. The Work includes both Base Bid items and Add Alternate Work Add Alternate #1 generally includes select site furnishings (a portion of benches and picnic tables) and select playground components, including musical play elements and swing features.

As-needed maintenance & repair services (Electrical, Plumbing, Flooring, Water Mitigation, Hazardous Materials Remediation, Carpet Cleaning and General Contractor/General Trade Services)

The scope of work includes providing labor, *materials, and installation of port provided materials and equipment necessary for: construction of the south parking lot, demolition of the existing Port of Edmonds administrative building, upgrade of electrical service for M and N docks and Guest Moorage, water stub for a Phase III restroom building, construction of a new parking lot access, and asphalt overlay of areas of the south end parking lot, per all plans and specifications. *materials is defined as everything except Port provided electrical parts as provided in the attached document. Installation costs for Port provided electrical parts as provided, are expected to be included in bid amount.

The work to be performed under the City of Marysvilles Marysville Middle School - 49th DR NE (South of Grove ST) Safe Routes to School project shall include construction of a 10 foot wide shared use sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, curb ramps to meet ADA standards, vehicular access gate, drainage improvements, bio infiltration swale / trench , utility adjustment, restoration and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.

Snohomish County is seeking proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated experience in LiDAR-based terrain analysis, hydrologic modeling, geospatial analysis, and wetland-indicator development to support the Countys Critical Area Monitoring and Adaptive Management Planning and Implementation Project. The purpose of this project is to develop countywide hydrologically corrected terrain analysis products and wetland-indicator raster layers that will support Snohomish Countys Critical Area Monitoring and Adaptive Management Planning and Implementation efforts.

The Northshore School District Kokanee Elementary School Expansion Project involves replacing existing portable structures with a high-performance facility. The project will deliver approximately 40,000 square feet of new learning space. The scope includes campus redevelopment featuring playfields, optimized site circulation, site infrastructure upgrades, new cafeteria, and possibly a new main office.

The scope of work being performed includes the design of improvements and targeted repairs to correct conditions allowing water intrusion to the interior. Repairs include (but are not limited to): Low slope roof membrane and transitions, roof parapets, flashing, cement board stucco cladding, failed mortar joints & masonry, corroded brick ledgers, failed single wythe masonry walls above roof structures, failed plaza deck coating. Work includes repairs to wood windows, wood clad windows, and aluminum storefront windows, but no windows are being replaced. Existing windows will be tuned up with some patched and painted, and their rough openings waterproofed, sealed, and integrated with weather resistive barriers. Exterior single with and brick veneer masonry walls will be treated with penetrating sealers to repel weather. There are no changes to occupancy, site accommodations, parking or fire rated assemblies. Where work is performed on the building enclosure assemblies, the intent is to make the enclosures more weather resistive than the original while respecting the design aesthetics of both the 1930's original structure and the 1990 addition, and performing all Work as required by the Contract Documents.

Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Painting existing airfield markings, removal of existing markings, and removal of rubber deposits in accordance with FAA AC 150/5340-1M or later. Airfield activity will be under the direct escort of airport Operations personnel for safety and security. A majority of the project, if awarded, will be completed during daylight hours when conditions are dry, a minimum of 50 degrees F and rising. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that all removed paint, rocks, chips, or debris are cleaned and completely removed after each area is complete. The Airport shall determine, and inform the Contractor, whether the area(s) where work was performed meets the standards for normal Airport operation prior to re-opening the selected section of the airfield. Prior to commencing work, a mandatory FOD/safety meeting will be provided by the Airport that must be attended by all Contractor representatives working on this specific job. At this time, the Contractor must provide to the Airport an adequate plan for mitigating the occurrence of FOD.

This Contract provides for roadway improvements on 51st Avenue NE from 132nd Street NE to 135th Place NE, a length of approximately 1,100 linear feet. The work to be performed under this contract includes the removal of various existing site improvements, installation of new storm systems, cement concrete curbs, gutters and concrete sidewalks, site grading, asphalt repair, and pavement markings. Additional items of work include temporary erosion control, traffic control and general site restoration.

NSD intends to award a contract for GC/CM services utilizing a three-step competitive selection process to procure the highest qualified contractor with the strongest management team at market competitive fees. Statement of Qualifications will be evaluated, and a number of firms will be shortlisted for extended interviews and fee proposals.

Snohomish County is seeking a Transfer Agreement with a qualified Proposer to relocate, preserve and reuse the Granite Falls Bridge 102, which is owned by Snohomish County. The existing bridge will remain until the new bridge is complete. It is anticipated that the existing bridge will be removed in 2029 by the contractor and stored at or near the project area if a proposal agreement is approved.

Work shall include traffic control, sewer bypass system, pavement saw-cutting and removal, trench excavation, gravity sewer pipe and manhole upsizing and replacement, side sewer locating, side sewer reconnection, force main reconnection, surface restoration including trench patch, testing and all other incidental work for a complete upsizing of the 67th Ave Sewer Interceptor.
