The Contract work consists of the following repairs to the Jumbo Class ferry M.V. The vessel is 4400 x 870 and carries 188 vehicles and 2,000 passengers.

The Project is a renovation and expansion an existing 1-story with partial basement 1970 building. Improvements include the removal and reconstruction of the center section of the building using custom steel trusses and CLT structure, seismic upgrades, accessibility improvements, and renovation to interior public and staff areas. Scope involves replacement of the existing HVAC and fire alarm systems; modification to the plumbing, fire sprinkler service, and electrical systems; structural upgrades including concrete shear walls and wall to roof anchoring; site improvements for accessibility upgrades; and low-voltage and security improvements.
