This Contract provides for the construction of pedestrian improvements along 88th Avenue, from Summitview Avenue to Tieton Drive, including but not limited to excavation, grading, cement concrete curb, gutters, ADA compliant ramps, sidewalks, crosswalks, channelization, illumination improvements, drainage improvements, storm structure adjustments, miscellaneous surface restoration, permanent signing, traffic control, and all other work.

This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the improvements and modifications to the concrete Westbrook Reservoir 1 and Westbrook Reservoir 2. The project includes modification and replacement of the appurtenances, site piping modifications, structural repairs, instrumentation modifications, and other work.

Work to be performed includes: the removal of the existing motor control center; partial demolition of the existing intake; installation of a new District-provided motor control center; installation of a Contractor-provided service panel board and disconnect switch; installation of new instrumentation and power raceways and conductors; and additional site, structural, and mechanical improvements to support the installation of the electrical upgrades.

In general, work includes demolition and replacement of the cooling tower at the middle school.

This project involves planing and overlaying the existing roadway from W. 1st Avenue to the end of the road on Zillah West Drive; 0.17 grind and overlay with an overlay going from 0.17' to 0.33' at the center to restore the crown and eliminate existing drainage issues. Approximate quantities for the work include 4,200 SY of planing, 700 tons of HMA, and surface adjustment of several utilities.

This project consists of rehabilitating the City's Butternut Well, including removing and inspecting the existing well pump, performing initial video inspection, performing an initial step-rate test, cleaning the well physically and chemically, performing final video inspection, performing final step-rate test, and installation of new well pump.

Project will include installation of a new well pump and construction of a new CMU well control building with dedicated spaces for chlorine injection and pH adjustment, air stripping treatment equipment with blower, booster pump, and associated electrical and HVAC work. Additional work includes construction of a 455-foot transmission main with fittings, connection to the existing water system, and sitework including fencing, gates, and drainage connection to the existing sewer system.

In general, the scope includes: Refinishing existing playground equipment, including staining, clear sealers, high-performance finishing. Installation of new playground equipment. Earthwork associated with site improvements. Installing new concrete paving, playground surfaces, and landscaping work. Installing subgrade drainage related to these site improvements. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.

This Contract provides for the installation of 1,435 feet of 8-inch HDPE force main, fittings and appurtenances, including the trenching, bedding, backfill and surface restoration, and all other work.

The contractor shall install owner-furnished equipment, and provide and install booster pumps, submersible well pump, temporary holding and settling tanks, piping, fittings, valves, electrical equipment, and instrumentation as required for complete and operational pilot system. The contractor shall also provide startup, commissioning, and operational support during pilot testing.

Renovations to existing 13,504 sf building. Work consists of some demolition, construction of new woodframe walls with finishes. New mechanical and electrical systems. New exterior openings in masonry walls for windows. Exterior EIFS and fixed window awnings. All new roofing. A barista space will be developed. A separate parcel across alley will receive buried conduits for future E-V chargers (by owner). New asphalt site paving.

Removal / demolition of select doors and frames, replacement of such doors and frames, cutting and patching work as related to this scope of work.
