The City of Phoenix (COP) is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide Engineering services on the COP's large diameter sanitary sewer ductile iron pipelines (DIP) and manholes focusing on National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Grade 3 infrastructure as per the finalized 2020 Condition Assessment report. Services will include construction administration and inspection (CA&I) for ductile iron pipelines and associated manholes, with design support also included at the request of the City.Rehabilitation projects are located at multiple locations within the COP right-of-way or easements. The intent of the project is to provide construction administration and inspection for any identified structural or operational concerns that could impact system functionality, environment and/or public health and safety. In addition, the project may include design support and recommendations for the recently assessed sewer system at the request of the City.

Services will include design and possible construction administration and inspection services at three separate locations.
