Arizona State University (ASU) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit a statement of qualifications to provide Construction Manager at Risk services to consolidate and expand several existing parking areas located on the Polytechnic campus. Proposed services include Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services during both the Pre-Construction and Construction phases of the project.

The Polytechnic Parking Lot Expansion project will consolidate and expand several existing parking areas (Lots 42, 43, 46, 47) into a larger, single parking lot. The project includes the construction of new pedestrian sidewalks and pick-up/drop-off zones along Tweet Street, completion of a section of Desert Mall, storm water management, landscaped bio-swales and walkways, parking lot and mall lighting, blue light stations, signage, site furniture, and Level 3 EV charging stations.

Lake Havasu City's Public Works Department is seeking bids from qualified bidders, that best fits the City's needs to provide interior and exterior exterminating/pest control services for the City's various Departments, and to provide pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicide applications for weed control services for the City's various locations. The work shall be divided up into three (3) separate categories of work: Category A - Pest Control, Category B - Weed Control, Category C-Rodent & Termite Control, and Category D-Bee, Wasp, Hornet Abatement and Miscellaneous Services,

The proposed project is located on Interstate 40 in Apache County, in the Northeast District, located at Chambers and the US 191 traffic interchange. The project limits begin at milepost 330.6 and end at milepost 342.2. The project is located partially in Navajo Reservation. The proposed work consists of pavement rehabilitation, includes milling and filling the existing asphaltic concrete of roadway mainline and shoulders, and milled asphalt concrete treatment at designated unpaved crossovers. The work also includes guardrail installation, fence spot repairs, drainage work, bridge repairs, seeding, pavement marking, signing, installing ground-in rumble strips, delineators, traffic control and other related work. This project is located on a Native American Reservation, in the Navaijo Reservation area TERO may apply.

ASU is seeking qualified Persons or Contractors (“Contractor”) for construction services on work not to exceed $100,000. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) will be accepted beginning April 18, 2022. Qualification packages will be valid through March 31, 2027. SOQs files must be submitted in accordance with Part 4 – Statement of Qualifications Format and Contents No SOQs will be accepted after March 31, 2027 A list of pre-qualified contractors will be posted on our Construction Bid Board. ASU invites qualified firms or individuals to submit SOQs to provide DP/Consultant services for, but not limited to, Architectural, Engineering, and other associated design related services. This work may be located at any of the ASU campus or leased property locations.

This project consists of corrective actions recommended for the subject building to renovate the Police Department Facility and Jail that includes upgrading the roof system, HVAC system for main building, fire alarm system, and second floor plumbing fixture replacement and sewer system repair, and electrical work related to these items. As part of the project we have six additive alternates that include new flooring and paint in administrative area, upgrade of first and second floor restrooms (floor tile, wall tile partitions, sink countertops, bathroom accessories, and mirrors), new cabinetry in break room first floor, new cabinetry in second floor copy room and coffee area, and HVAC for support building.

The City of Surprise Water Resource Management Department is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting firms to provide On-Call Water & Wastewater Consulting Services in support of water and wastewater facilities, infrastructure, operations, and water resource planning issued under this Request for Qualifications. The City intends to enter into multiple contract(s) with qualified firms that can demonstrate their abilities to provide the required services on an as-needed, task-oriented basis. Responses will be evaluated based on qualifications, relevant experience, and technical competence in accordance with the specifications herein. This Solicitation shall replace, supersede, and take the place of the existing contract(s) awarded under Solicitation No. 321079, which are set to expire on 06/30/2026.
